What impressed me the most was the service team. They were not only professional and efficient but also genuinely attentive to the needs of every guest, making us feel truly cared for. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude. Whether answering questions or handling requests, they displayed incredible patience and efficiency. Despite our late-night arrival, they welcomed us with their signature warm cookies, a thoughtful gesture that immediately melted away the fatigue of our journey. The housekeeping service was equally impeccable, keeping our room spotless and tidy every day. The staff paid close attention to our preferences, such as providing extra bottled water and pillows. When we casually mentioned our interest in trying some local delicacies, the restaurant staff enthusiastically offered recommendations and even helped us arrange everything—a truly thoughtful touch. Hotel was nice. Shame about the street it's on. Nothing of note within walking distance and the traffic was a problem. But, that's Jakarta.

床品算是比較乾淨衞生，選的睡眠四件套質量算是不錯的，睡得也比較踏實，就是關燈不能統一管理，睡覺前還得跑幾處關燈，樓下泳池比很多酒店棒，這次忘了帶泳衣，因為這個時候天冷不適合，但是印尼好像就沒怎麼冷，早餐算豐富但是質量一般般相對來説
