實在是太差了，床單是破的，洗澡要站在浴缸裏，地毯很臟，一定不要定攜程前兩個價位的，要不是因為開會，真的不會住，一晚都難以忍受。這個中文牌子很諷刺了。 另外！攜程酒店評分有問題，沒有區分度，這種酒店3分都多了。

Majoituspaikan vastaus: Dear Valued Guest,Thank you for choosing Pullman Jakarta Indonesia as your home away from home.I can assure you that it deeply saddens us that the memory of your recent visit is a rather disappointing one and your expectations were not met.In regards to the room experience, I am sure you appreciate that our hotel is one of the historical hotel building in Bundaran HI area.At the moment, our starting room category which are Superior, Premium Superior, Deluxe and Deluxe Apartment is indeed located at the Main Tower which is our original building that honor its Japanese layout and still true to its historical design. Rest assured that at the moment we undergo a refreshments project for these rooms to ensure our valuable guest like you will have an elevated experience.Alternatively we do have more room type including Grand Deluxe, Grand Deluxe Executive, Grand Deluxe Executive Suite and Ascent Suite located at the Pullman Tower should you like to experience a refreshed room.I am sure you will appreciate that feedback from our guests is paramount to us and remains our biggest learning tool.This helps us to evaluate our shortcomingsand we will ensure that we learn from it and utilize it in the future.Best regards,Ajizzah AngelittaGuest Experience Manager
