Amazing hotel and service

During my recent stay at MO Jakarta, we were truly impressed by the exceptional level of hospitality and service. From the moment we arrived, the concierge team extended a warm welcome, assisting with our luggage and ensuring a seamless check-in process. The front desk staff were not only professional but also incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. Throughout our stay, we experienced outstanding service from every department. The café staffs were friendly and attentive, making sure our dining experience were enjoyable, while the pool safeguard maintained a safe and comfortable environment for guests. The sales team also demonstrated great professionalism, going above and beyond to cater to special arrangements we required. The facilities were top-notch—well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort. everything was in excellent condition. It was evident that the staffs took great pride in ensuring guests had a memorable experience. Overall, our stay at MO Jakarta was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of warm hospitality, friendly staff, and well-equipped facilities made it a truly outstanding experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and impeccable service.

客房服務到位，餐廳品類多

An amazing hotel right at the heart of the city. From the time you walk into their doors till check-out, the service is impeccable. The rooms are large and very clean with all the amenities. Fantastic gym, steam and sauna rooms while their pool side bar served a wicked Negroni. Breakfast was 5star with a huge spread. My only comment would be that the pool is very small (think of it as a lounging pool). Kudos to Xavier at the reception for even walking me to my room to explain everything. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

モニュメントビューのお部屋からは、大きな噴水を正面にジャカルタ中心部の景色を楽しめました。 お部屋、バスルームも広くてよかったです。 楽しみにしていた朝食バイキングも種類がたくさんあって大満足。 会場も広くて落ち着いた雰囲気の中ゆっくり食事がでしました。 スタッフさんも親切でお客さんとよくコミュニケーションをとっていて印象がよかったです。 歩いてグランドインドネシアやプラザインドネシアに行ける立地もいい。 お部屋、サービス、立地すべて☆5です。

We had a wonderful stay, starting with a warm welcome and early check-in. The kids loved the complimentary coloured pencils and activity books. Special thanks to Zizah for the thoughtful turndown service—it was a treat returning to a neat room twice a day. Overall, the staff were friendly, attentive, and made our stay truly enjoyable!

أثاث الغرف كلاسيكي. خيارات الأفطار قليلة مقارنة بالفنادق العالمية الأخرى من نفس الفئة. الطعام أاسيوي بشكل كبير بحكم ان البراند في الأصل أسيوي

The hotel hospitality is unrivaled by many other five star hotels in Jakarta, while the room is clean, spacious, and comfort. When we check-in, the front office staff (Mr Gillen) confirmed that this is our first stay at this Mandarin Oriental, and we would stay for three nights. Later, for our surprise, he upgraded out room to the highest floor (26th), send us welcome Chocolate Dessert to our room 😄👍. Thank you brother, we definately stay again. Bravo…

とても静かで、豪華で、趣きのあるお部屋でした。建物の古さよりも伝統的な良さを感じました。一点シャンプーやトリートメントのニオイが少し改善点であると感じました。また家族で利用したいです。

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the service was absolutely impeccable. We were warmly welcomed at the front desk with a refreshing drink and pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room overlooking Bandaran. Upon entering our room, we found a thoughtful anniversary surprise waiting for us. One evening, while dining at the hotel restaurant, they delighted us yet again with a special anniversary cake. There wasn’t a single thing I could fault about this hotel—service, location, and ambiance were all perfect. A heartfelt thank you to Jennifer, Shifa, Yani, Palma, and Salvina for their exceptional care throughout our stay!

right in the golden triangle - the mandarin oriental jakarta is well priced but is an aging hotel. however if the price is ok i will stay here again
