We were booked into this hotel by our travel agent Dewan travels for 2 nights, we checked in at around 02.00 am it was dark and we were really tired. The room was horrible, people were dubious and we felt really unsafe, there was no hot water. Did not sleep the rest of the night and asked the travel agent dewan travels delhi to move us to a different hotel in the morning. Do not go on the glossy pictures. In reality the place is dark, dingy, horrible, and seedy. I would not even send my worst enemy to this place. I would give this hotel 1 star, not 4, currently showing on booking sites

Excellent service from a friendly team at this hotel. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant provides delicious food catering for many tastes. We loved the Indian vegetarian food that we were served. Also the location is nearby to vibrant street culture.

Unclean rooms. Had to call room service 3 times for a tea spoon and a bottle of water. Ordered for tea and didn't come at all. Really pathetic ... I had no other option but to stay here but if u do have an option do t even think about it.

First of all, the staff was incredibly rude when they checked us in, and continued to be rude throughout our stay, randomly calling us in the middle of the night to ask if we wanted to order any food, hanging up as soon as we said no. Our room was next to a strange area where they seemed to dump all the trash and towels, and where the staffers hung out noisily outside our door. The room itself had a concerning smell and mold in strange places like the hairdryer cord. Yet this is one of the most expensive hotels we stayed at in India. Would not recommend.

Great hotel and really great food. The chicken tikka misala and garlic naan next door are fantastic! The rooms are clean and would definitely recommend this hotel to someone else looking for a place to stay.

This hotel is in the centre of the city near shopping hub of Karolbagh. The hotel rooms are clean and hotel staff is also very freindly. The restaurant offers a wide variety of good food. The breakfast they serve is also very nice.
