Hotel Shri Vinayak was good, the rooms here were spacious and the staff was humble and kind. What I liked the most about this place was that special attention was given to cleanliness and the check-in was fast. The reception was available 24 hours to help, so we faced no difficulty at all. I want to thank everyone who made my stay enjoyable and memorable.

The rooms were not reserved for us, causing inconvenience at midnight. Location of the hotel was bad. Hotel is not at all family friendly. Management was rude and arrogant. We had to search for another hotel for stay late at 1:00 am.

I reached there after confirm booking but hotel denied by saying that it's completely sold out, even on make my trip room was available, i had to book another hotel

Stayed here as i had an early morning train to board and this place is at a walking distance from new delhi railway station. At first the front office found no record of my booking. On showing the booking, i was directed to level 4 (the hotel rooms are upto level 3 and the elevator also stops at level 3. On level 4 there are two make shift rooms overlooking what looked like a shared toilet and a broken terrace. The rooms looked like hotel rooms but the upholstery, linen and walls were all messed. The toilet was unclean. Did not use any other facilities after this experience. The hotel staff comes to the terrace to make personal phone calls or chat leaving you little solace. The area itself is quite noisy given its proximity to the railway station. There are plenty of better hotels close by which appear to be better managed and maintained. The staff although was polite and nice.

Hotel stoff is very lazy and ac remote not provided by hotel. We ask again and again but not provided remote. So we can't control ac temperature according to need. Also tv is not working. After complain, finally after one hours tv change but ac remote not provided.
