Hotel Emperor Palms at Karol Bagh arvostelua

Good place- but the laundry service was extortionately priced. Also my wake up call was late and they didn’t clean my room on the day like I asked. Hence the lower score. Otherwise it was good.

This hotel is a joke. They charged me ~80 USD for a night but the quality is way far from that value. The room smell is so terrible that I asked the staffs to do something. They promised to but nothing happened. I ended up spraying perfume to the bed and pillows to get some sleep. Hot water is limited. I almost got freezed taking a shower.

Better to stay for business trip

Vreselijke en vieze kamer. Wij zijn dezelfde dag vertrokken. Alles is kapot en werkt niet. Het is absoluut niet aan te raden.

No one picked up the phone when we were at the airport to get the shuttle which was suppose to be included in our price.Eventually after 2 hours we made our way by taxi after 18hr flight. Having expressed our disappointment with that and lack of hot water, no one came back to apologise or update us even though i had told them at reception for the mgr or owner to get back to us. Very disappointing.

What is disliked about this hotel are rooms. No natural lights that can enter the rooms. Rooms are closed from all sides except door.There are no windows either. Hotel is very conveniently located in Karol bagh area and food is OK.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel the staff were amazing. The reception team were so attentative and very kind towards us.The breakfast and snacks were so good,The breakfast serving team was very helpful and efficient,food was excellent.

Poor service terrible experience over priced food water 70 rupees per bottle even higher the 5 star hotel

The hotel internal ambient is good. But the customer service is pathetic. Ac, intercom, wifi was not working properly no support been given by front office. Mobile signals are pathetic inside the room. They don’t even care for whatever you say to them

The stay was awesome. Regardlessly it is a 4 star hotel which exceeded my expectations. The room was neat and clean, they provided every amenities that were listed in the site. Over request they allow us for early check in ' without any extra payment. The staffs are so well behaved and friendly. The hotel main door remains open 24hours allowing you to avoid any hussel while going outside or coming from. The location is also top notched. It's take 5-7 min walk from karol bagh metro station. The area is also good with so many shops as well as restaurants and local food shops. The hotel is regardlessly good. I'll recommend everyone to have a stay here.
