Cleaning Never had clean towels , never got clean sheets in bed . Restroom stayed dirty over all bad experience

Ad said rooms cleaned every day . Upon arrival room was not cleaned for 3 days . Despite telling at front desk . Later , reportedly the hey only clean once every 3 days on extended stay. Day 5 trash was left on one of the beds. While one side is done . Someone left in hurry… Staff was courteous and tried to remedy the situation. Clean towels were provided after day 5 after requesting . Total stay 9 days .

so frustrating. frustrating. The short-term cleanliness was fine. But the long-term cleanliness and maintenance was not good. Wallpaper was disgustingly dirty. The bench thing to put your suitcase on was disgustingly dirty. The keurig was dirty. The bed was ok, but it is NOT RELAXING to be in such a dirty, yucky room. There was black mold on the ceiling of the shower. There was a crack between the tub and the shower wall that was all rusted. The phone was of course not working so I couldn't call the front desk. I finally decided I really needed something so I dug the phone cord up from behind the bedside table and it was covered in a THICK layer of dust. Too dusty to even plug in. Gross. BUT HERE'S THE BEST PART. THEY CHARGE A $100 CLEANING FEE. (They don't clean during the stay, but that's not the problem. The problem is everything above.)

Disappointed The place was in the midst of renovations. Half completed. The person who served breakfast was fabulous and pleasant. The pool temperature was frigid and the handles by the steps were wobbly and felt unsafe. A housekeeper cleaning the floor told me about a spill she was cleaning “this sh*t up.” Will stay elsewhere in the future. Fell below typical Holiday Inn Express past experiences at other locations which were always reliably positive.

Beat Up Holiday Inn Express Monaca This hotel is in poor condition. Worn and dirty carpet and furniture. A lamp that was missing a light bulb. A dent in the wall.
