Nice and clean.

"Great location, clean, tidy room, very friendly staff, reasonable price." Dogs are welcome. All important locations are nearby, the internet is fast, the TV works and has many channels, the bathroom is clean and spacious enough. Very nice

My worst hotel experience in Europe This has to be one of the worst hotels I've stayed in Europe. It is not easy to locate. The room I stayed in had a smell - it turned out to be from the clogged toilet sink. It was mid October and cold in the room and when I was asked why the heater is not working, apparently, it is still warm. For my 3 days stay, my room was never cleaned. I was only provided with a single use bathroom/shampoo and had to ask for extra which came the next day as there was no onsite receptionist. I had to wait for the receptionist to have my luggage stored. They do not respond on calls/whatsapp messages on a timely manner. The only psoitive I can say is that it is just a 6 minute walk to the main square, it was quiet to be fair, and the lady that assisted me when I collected my luggage was nice.

Super Preis-Leistung Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral zum Bahnhof und auch die Stadtmitte ist immerhalb von 1o min erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiterinen haben sogar unser Fahrrad angenommen und wir konnten problemlos Nächte verlängern. Ach und uns Eck ist gleich der wunderschöne Tivoli Park. Grundsätzlich waren wir sehr zufrieden.

L'edificio si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e vicina al centro che si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi. La struttura è dotata di parcheggio, da prenotare in anticipo, il costo è di 15€ al giorno. Ottimo prezzo considerando che il prezzo in strada è di 2€ all'ora. La stanza è semplice e carina, ha tutto il necessario per un discreto soggiorno. C'è il frigorifero,il bollitore con una confezione di caffè e tè. La reception non è sempre aperta, avvisate del vostro arrivo 30 minuti prima così saranno presenti al bancone. La camera della stanza è la stessa che apre la porta che da al corridoio dove ci sono le altre camere, deduco che la stessa chiave apra tutto. Non molto sicuro. C'è un solo telecomando per aprire la sbarra e parcheggiare. Quindi ogni volta che dovete uscire o entrare dovete prendere il telecomando, uscire con l'auto in strada, risalire le scale (4 rampe) e lasciare il telecomando in reception. Il telecomando è uno solo.

No customer service! Bed 12”off floor. Never in 50 yrs of travel have I seen such a low bed. Husband has leg issues but works best he can. Receptionist, Ennis, tried hard to help us and added an air mattress on top of the bed. We agreed to give it a try but husband ended night in chair. Horrible night, terribly uncomfortable. We always try to book at local hotels to support the economy but we were forced to move for the next 4 nights. We booked on line at no refund according to Manager and she refused refund for unused nights. No budging on ‘rule’. Also you need to know that this “Rooms” are only on second level of building shared with offices and apartments with a dark old dingy access stair, no elevator. Bedding and towels need updating as well. Price for area seems midrange but accommodations definitely on cheap side Would not recommend. Please note receptionist Ennis tried hard and was courteous.
