"Perfect location right in the city center. The pool is also lovely and parking is convenient. However, the hotel's unfinished work is a shame. Only one sauna is operating at a low temperature, the jacuzzis don't work, and the breakfast is definitely not worthy of a 5-star hotel. Very basic. There's no view from the room; it looks out onto a blank wall. The beds in the room are terrible. You sleep on a wooden frame with a single mattress on top, and that mattress is of poor quality. I slept poorly. The rain shower doesn't work; water only comes out on one side. And when you shower, the entire bathroom floods. The screws in the shower are already rusty. The overall quality is mediocre, which is a real shame. I don't recommend booking here. I also find it annoying that you have to wait for a room inspection at check-out; it makes you feel like a criminal who might have plundered the minibar without paying, not a guest."

"When I arrived at the location it was nighttime, and the place was not illuminated well. The street was narrow and unpaved, and I got very disappointed from all of this. I demanded to look at the room first and then decide if I am going to stay or not. The girl at the reception desk was very kind and polite and she showed me the room. I immediately saw that the room is what is shown on Booking, and I liked it! I urge the management to continue lobbying with the Municipality for the road to be paved and illuminated adequately. The room was very clean and well equipped. The bad was perfect, comfortable and I slept very well. The balcony provided great look at the city, and it was spacious enough with chairs to sit and relax. The bathroom was perfect and stylish, while at the same time practical. The breakfast, due to the COVID 19 precautions was served in a “Mediterranean style”. Honestly speaking it was a little small for my taste, but still what it has been provided was fresh and tasty. The girl who served the mean was very polite and kind."
