Upper level features three Bedrooms, with a shared bathroom and a large game Room with pool table. *Please consider following before booking: 1) Requires minimum 6 months lease 2) Property backs up to 183A toll road which gives a great connectivity to different parts of Austin however you may experience some street noise from traffic in backyard & little street noise in the house which is hardly noticeable when TV is on. 3) Rent only covers heating of hot tub. Pool heating is not covered in the rent.
