Iron Springs Adventure Resort & RV Park

We love this place. Beds are great, staff is wonderful. Location was perfect for our needs. The surrounding area is fun to explore, a unique experience and an escape from the cookie-cutter.

This is a warehouse converted to a hotel on an industrial property littered with old equipment. The property has an RV park and the “hotel” is primarily the common room, showers, and other facilities for RV park people. Rooms are on the second floor of the warehouse. NO ELEVATOR. The hotel rooms were previously offices, so the walls are thin, so you can hear what goes on in other rooms. The downstairs is a space for RV people and special events and it gets LOUD at night, including lots of shouting. I think the owners call it a resort because there are two decommissioned hot tubs on the terrace on the second floor (hallways smell damp and like mildew) and there is a small fire pit outside on the ground floor along with a swing. Shower in the room is not built well and the entire floor of the bathroom gets wet when you use it. Room was large and appeared clean but for the small pile of hair in the corner of the bathroom by the shower. The toilet does not have a lid. Breakfast is a few muffin 4-packs in plastic clamshell, a plastic bag of bagels opened the prior day, bread, pop tarts, and coffee. Definitely not with $200 per night.

This is our 3rd time staying here. We love how nice the hotel and staff are. Not a huge fan of the breakfast though.

Great place to stay It was just outside of town. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

I booked one night here, thinking that a hotel attached to an RV park was a risk. My biggest regret is that I didn’t book this place for additional nights. It was a lovely space! Rooms are on the 2nd floor with no elevator available - no big deal for me, but you should be aware if it is for you.

The room was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. I don’t sleep if a room isn’t dark, so for me personally my only complaint is that the room wasn’t dark enough at night. The outside lighting crept in around the edges lighting the room up making it difficult to fall sleep and stay asleep. Otherwise, it was fabulous! I highly recommend and would likely stay again anyway.
