The resort is really good and clean, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The food was ok for Cuba The staff do their best to accommodate your needs, special thanks to Lisbeisy lobby bar, Yesenia and Sosa from the entertainment team and Lisbet from Sales. I will come back

Sanctuary has been a great experience, beautiful resort, great activities on the resort and beach. The staff were welcoming, nice and fun to be around. They are always there when you need something. Shout out to the greatest of all time Abrahan.

Yadida and the staff were incredible, also shout out to Abraham, they were all very friendly and kind. The beach was amazing and we spent so much time there. We went to the Japanese restaurant and would highly recommend. Thank you to everyone who made our trip special.

The resort is one of the prettiest I’ve been too, the beach is wonderful and such warm water. The pools at sanctuary are fantastic the music they played was great and the entertainment was very upbeat and exciting. The buffets are great and the best part was the burgers at the pool.

Équipes formidables que ce soit pour les majordomes, les femmes de chambres, l’entertenment et les gens à la cuisine. Personnels voulant toujours notre meilleur. Patient (j’ai démagnétisé ma carte ou l’ai perdu 14x en 14 jours ahahah!) et ils ont toujours fait preuve de compréhension. Je reviendrai 🖤

I had the best time here , the staff are amazing and are all very sweet and ready to help with anything we needed. The resort is beautiful and we had access to other resorts attached as well. I loved it here so much and can’t wait to come back! - Makayla

We had a great week here! It is a beautiful resort with lots of fun activities and entertainment. All staff are amazing and so welcoming, definitely look for Abrahan when you’re here, he is the best entertainer and such a great person. We would come back just for him!

Best entertainment staff ever!!! The bar staff are also incredible, make sure you don’t miss the competition/ games by the pool everyday. They’re a lot of fun and you get the chances to win a bottle of rum every time hehe which makes it so worth it!

Second time here and will definitely be coming a third time as soon as possible! Staff treats everyone like family and the new management is amazing. The food and drinks are very good compared to other resorts in Cuba I’ve been too. The butlers will help you with anything you need and pool entertainment during the day is lots of fun!
