Un beau petit hôtel avec un terrain bien entretenu, une plage incroyablement belle et propre et une belle piscine propre. Marcher partout n'est pas loin. Nos vacances ont été merveilleuses. Nourriture délicieuse et variée (la qualité et la variété ont varié au cours des deux semaines, mais dans l'ensemble tout était très bon), de superbes crêpes au petit-déjeuner et le meilleur service. Des employés très sympathiques au buffet, aux bars sur la plage et au club enfants ! Tout le monde essaie de rendre les vacances agréables. Merci aux filles du mini club qui ont pris soin de nos enfants, merci Yamil et Ariel pour les agréables petits déjeuners et déjeuners. Merci à John pour les cours d'étirements et de danse. Merci Lily pour la chambre propre et bien rangée.

Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido increíble!!!. Muy buen servicio y por sobre todas las cosas un personal de lujo en todas las áreas. La playa es hermosa y la piscina siempre limpia. Sin dudas regresaré para mis próximas vacaciones. Gracias a todo el staff por hacer de mis vacaciones las mejores.

Una experiencia placentera, ha sido un lugar fantástico. Buen servicio y trato del personal, buena comida y habitaciones excelente. Es un hotel muy hermoso y que es de gran capacidad, actividades varias y muy atractivo y simpático el personal.

Los empleados del hotel son muy amables, en particular las muchachas del Miniclub para niños. Súper atentas creativas y simpáticas con mi hija. Los shows del hotel sobresalientes, muy buenos bailarines! El profe de baile y el muchacho que pasa música también, súper divertidos. Quienes atienden los bares cerca de la piscina, y del lobby muy simpáticos y atentos. Muy buena limpieza, mantenimiento y estado de la habitación. La playa muuy linda. Sólo puedo decir en contra que me pareció menos abastecido que el Meliá de Varadero

Viajamos a Cayo Santa María en busca de sol, playa y descanso y eso fue lo que encontramos en el Hotel Meliá Cayo Santa María. Desde el primer momento en la recepción todo fueron atenciones. La habitación con vistas al mar mejor de lo esperado, una elección muy recomendable.

Very good experience and I saw improvement in few areas. I visited this hotel about a year ago. Beach is just a best selling feature of this hotel. Nice fine sand and clean, wide with nice vball court. Activities by entertainment crew starting at 10:30 stretching, 11 vball and 1130 dance ... afternoon are activities at the pool, dancing or rum tasting, cigars rolling.. kids club open all day long, mini disco before night show was good for kids who wants to participate. Babysitying services available too. In general i like entertainment in this melia hotel, it was nice to know the activities same time every day. Entertainers very nice and trying hard to include clients and advertise next activity. Entertainment managers has a good group working hard. Rooms are spacious but it is an older hotel so dont expect super modern place. Always clean. Grounds are nice, lot of mature trees and plenty of shade. No power outages, no water shortage either. Food was above expectations. Main restaurant i saw major improvement with salad options and grilled meat, fried rice ...pasta and deserts. Always 2 kinds of soup. The only downside was no grill at the beach... with that view it is a shame not to sit there and enjoy. This time of year no bugs or flies at all. Coconuts available by gardeners In general nice vacation and planning to return again

Excellent hotel on a beautiful beach - the jewel in its crown. We had an amazing suite - huge! The staff couldn’t do enough, but I have to give a special mention to Mary, the customer services manager. She was exceptional. Well done to Love Cuba and rep Smeikel who was also excellent.
