Endroit paradisiaque. Une plage à faire rêver. Du personnel super accueillant et souriant. Les chambres sont propres. Pour ma part ce fût l'un des plus beaux voyages. On se sent en sécurité sur le site. Allez-y sans hésiter. Vous ne le regrettez pas.

Je suis partie avec quelques appréhensions car la dernière fois que je suis allée a cuba c'était en février 2024 et c'était horrible (niveau nourriture). Nous avons décidé ma famille et moi ( Mon père, ma sœur mes 2 filleules 3,5 ans et mon beau frère d'y aller quand même. De toute façon au prix que nous avons payé 865$ rien a perde après tout !! J'ai été plus que satisfaites !! Les employées sont tous beaucoup trop gentils et la nourriture étaient très bonne et varié. J'y retournerais les yeux fermés. point positif: Les cubains, la nourritures les gens qu'on rencontrent. On dirait qu'on est dans un camping. Point négatif: La plage, les ouragan sont entrain de la manger. Quand la mere est forte ce n'est pas possible d'y alller. Dans notre ca1 1 seul fois que nous n'avons pu y aller

La comida es básica y repetitiva, todos los días lo mismo, pollo , cerdo, pescado hechos de la misma manera. Estuvimos 8 días, solo 2 pudimos bañarnos con agua caliente (tibia) cortaban el agua fría durante la noche y también algunas veces durante el día. El personal poco amable, sobre todo con los Argentinos. Es una pena que teniendo esas playas paradisíacas, brinden un servicio tan malo. Quinta vez en Cuba y nunca una experiencia pesima como esta.

es la 5ta vez q me hospedo en ese hotel siempre con los mejores servicios de yune la mayordomo q se encarga siempre de q estemos lo mas comodo posible. en esta ocasion lleve x primera vez a mi prima y su esposo, ambos quesron encatados, volveremos en verano. muchas gracia a todo el personal del hotel. continuen asi chicos!!

El hotel no tiene ni agua caliente ni fría. La comida es muy muy mala, escasa, lo poco que hay es incomible. No hay recambio de toalla de playa. A las 3 a.m. cortan el agua y no hay agua para el baño. No hay teléfono para llamar al lobby desde la habitación. El hotel no brinda el servicio de all inclusive como considero conceptos básicos para una buena estadía. Lo básico no lo brindan, por ejemplo el agua. En más de una oportunidad tuve que estar sin bañarme, un desastre. Nada conforme. Multitravel debería avisar a los turistas las carencias del hotel para decidir si compro o no el paquete.

Realmente lamentable. Nunca hubo agua caliente, todos los días nos quedamos sin agua!!! No tienen toallas de recambio de playa y menos del baño. La comida un horror. NO HAY NADA. MULTITRAVEL DEBERÍA RECOMPENSAR A LA GENTE QUE LE VENDIÓ ESTE PAQUETE. Porque en realidad fue un chasco. Nunca me pasó en ningún lado del mundo lo que pasamos estos días!!!! Tema AGUA fue catastrófico. Fin

I visited Cayo Largo with my 5 year old son and stayed at the Starfish resort. We had a fantastic time! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The beach in front of the hotel was gorgeous and I had a lot of fun playing in the waves. It was a little rough for my little guy, but the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Playa Paraiso and Playa Sirena where the water was calm. My son was able to snorkel and see some beautiful fish. I recommend taking a trip to the sea turtle rescue center, even on the off season because they have juvenile turtles and even a large albino loggerhead turtle. It was a highlight of our trip. The kitchen staff and bartenders are incredibly friendly and accommodating and the entertainment was fun. We were welcomed on our first day by Daury who was our main point of contact and who reserved our dinner dates at the a la carte restaurants. He was very attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. He was always smiling and made our time at the resort very enjoyable. Thank you for everything and until next time!!

Starfish is the best hotel you can book on Cayo Largo. The site is clean, entertainment is nice and not too loud. The employees are so lovely and helpful, the food is good (pasta and pizza every day perfect for kids!) Chicken, pork, fish every day, rice, fruits. You always find something that fits your need. Playa is very nice, very blue and warm water, some days you cannot swim because of the waves but the pool is really nice too. A lot of chairs and palapas, dont need to reserve it early in the morning. Internet is ok, it stop often but not for long (i would not work here tho, too unstable). No hot water for the shower (not cold cold but still) for the whole week. I heard it depends cause sometimes they have it. Not a problem tho I just mentioned it so you know. Bring goods for the employees they work so much and dont have a lot. Everything you can think of. One of the best paradise of Cuba for sure. I went solo and it is very safe ! My second time here and not my last !

Una vez más viaje con mi familia a cayo largo, y sigo prefiriendo el hotel Starfish. Su personal es maravilloso, como siempre su equipo de mayordomía en especial mi querida Yunet q siempre tiene una sonrisa en su rostro y nos atiende con gran cariño haciéndonos sentir q ya somos familia. Por otra parte también cabe recalcar los Barthender del lobby y de la piscina, sus tragos exquisitos y gran trato. Feliz de volver a Starfish
