Le staff, le décor, la température! C’est le paradis! Elisa c’est la meilleure!☺️ Toujours au petit soin!! Playa Sirena est la plus belle plage visitée de ma vie. Seulement à 10 minutes de l’aéroport c’est un must! Jamais manqué de boisson et de nourriture! J’adore cette endroit!😎

Tout est ok pour nous Sauf la nourriture et le service au pâtes , pizza , crêpes etc… Le service est long ! Et refaire les dales autour de la piscine ( ces très rough marcher nu pied sur ces dales !! Je vous suggère de ne plus donner de paille au gens qui prenne un drink à la plage ( pour la pollution Daury donne un excellent service …. Souriant , motivant ,ainsi que d’autre personnel. En autre Disney a la réception… elle a fait notre bonheur en nous trouvant une chambre vue sur la mer… à la dernière minute ! Merci à vous tous !

I have been to Cayo Largo twice to Starfish and 3 times to Cayo Largo. The people are all kind and friendly. The food was good. The room was good. The weather was good. This year it was very windy making the beach rough. Previously you could have loungers on the sand, feet away from the ocean. Not this year. You could always go to Sirena beach if you wanted a long beach walk. The pool was clean. I hope to see everyone again next year. David.

Très belle semaine, bonne bouffe, demandez Daury il règle tous les problèmes toujours souriant….. la journée catamaran couché de soleil très belle journée…. Seul petit point négatif manque un peu de pain mais c est un détail dans l ensemble c est parfait

Très satisfait , la nourriture était excellente, la température fut très agréable et l’animation aussi. Le site est très propre . Les employés sont accueillant et à votre services. Le ménage des chambres est numéro 1 et lees restaurants sont accessibles. J’ai beaucoup aimé l’expérience. Salut à mon majordome Daury. Je retourne bientôt.

Our family spent 1 week in this resort and enjoyed everything about it! The food was great as we had fresh omelette and pancakes every morning. The pasta bar had delicious pastas and had great choice of sauces! Our butler, Daury, made sure we had our 2 à la carte restaurant booked and always happy to help us Everything is at walking distance, so you do waste time walking around to get where you want! La playa Sirena was always gorgeous with the ocean being as blue as in our dreams and the resort offered free shuttles to get to it! There are alot of activities nearby that are at no more than a 15min drive from the resort! All of the staff was friendly and helpful! Thank you for having us!! :)

Le personnel est sympathique et offre un super service. Un merci particulier à Daury notre majordome qui a veillé à notre bien-être tout au long de notre séjour. Les lits sont confortables. La nourriture est correcte. On y trouve notre compte.

Deuxième fois à cet endroit magnifique! La mer est incroyable et le personnel est tellement dévoué! Elisa est la meilleure! Nous avons passé une très belle semaine, nous avons manqué de rien! Nous allons y revenir c’est certain. La plage Sirena est aussi un incontournable.

Mon excellent c'est pour les personnes pour mon majordome yunet ell est très gentil y bonne personne la nourriture sont bonne les restaurants sont bon et les services est incroyable les plages sont belles le soleil est très forte les chambres besoins de réparation mais nous revenir.
