This was our second time at Sanctuary. We thought it was fantastic last year, but this year has been mega-fantastic. Usually, visitors know that the food will be poor, but forget that thought for this year. On a personal view, I’ve never eaten better in my eight time in Cuba (Cayo Largo, Cayo Coco, Varadero and Cayo Santa Maria). And coming back for a second time was like meeting our friends again. Even though many of them have worked for more than 100 days in a row (12-15 hours per day), they keep smiling and going out of their way to put you first. At my wife’s birthday, the cleaning ladies knocked at our door and to sing her Happy Birthday, decorated our bed with wonderful flowers and created a cake with towels and let’s not forget the time and spot they reserved for her at the dinning room with balloons and banner and again the staff sang her happy birthday. I can’t say enough about the staff. Sanctuary has the most beautiful rooms (bungalows) and it is very intimate. And the beaches…oh my! Paradise! Thank you all. We love you all!

The staff is nice and welcoming. The pool is nice, but near the road. You won't lack alcohol. The food is ok, not always the same. You can order eggs or other stuff like french toast on the grill. The bungalow is nice. Big shower. The cooling system works just fine. If you need anything don't hesitate to ask the front desk. You can also access all the other hotels. The public beach is great with few people.

Jy etais du 19au 26 mars. C etait ma 2 ieme fois, et cette endroit est tout simplement magique! Tout le personnel est d une gentillesse extraordinaire!! ❤️Je peux pas tous les nommer car j aurais vraiment peur d en oublier!!! Oui , il n y a pas de plage devant l hôtel , mais le service de navette est tellement efficace que ce n est même pas un problème pour ce rendre a n importe quelle plage ! La Serena (dite allo a Maddy de la par de Natty la paddle girl)!ou Pariso ne sont qu à quelque minutes, et elles sont magnifiques ❤️La bouffe est excellente (avec ce qu ils ont ) c est un endroit tres amical. Vous vous sentirez comme au chalet ! Ils sont tous attentionnés a vos besoins et vous font rapidement sentir entre amis ! Il y a un peu d animation dans l apres midi et c est vraiment sympathique!! Ce n est PAS un endroit pour faire le gros party !! Mais c est bien pour ceux qu ils ne veulent pas l ambiance impersonnelle d un gros hôtel !Je vous conseille fortement cette endroit pour passer des moments inoubliables avec des gens qui deviendront vos amis le temps de vos vacances et vous voudrez y retourner assurément! Naturellement un gros gros coup de coeur a mes Amis Carlos, Rosmill, Darryl❤️❤️❤️i miss you all already.🥰

Fantastic service Rosmil will take care of all special things you needs and service or event you want to celebrate . Daryl will be there at the front desk all day for anything , Oscar & Aya are serving you foods & drinks all day and then Ruslan take over at night . Jose will make your special coffee in the morning Latte , Capuccino .. Carlos can bring you around in his cart . Mijail & G your animation team are awesome they organized games & quiz and then you can learn some Cuban dances if you wish I just got back from there and I would recommend this place anytime I love it , but you need to know it not a place for party animals … it quiet, friendly and if you want more action there always the Marina downtown to go clubbing , small resort to relax and chill . Thank you to everyone who always make you feel like family & they appreciate that we choose their resort to spend our vacation they don’t take it for granted . That also very unique and explains why there’s so many repeat guest years after years ..🤩🫶🏼

WoW le personnel est très accueillants et notre séjour était parfait nous avons été 3 fois cette année Vraiment de beau petits chalets, propre et confortable. Le directeur s’occupe très bien des gens quand nous avons des demandes particulières

Excelente lugar, excepcional gente. Mucha hospitalidad, cariño y contención. La riqueza de ese lugar es su gente: Nancy, Rosmil, Jorge, Ayamei y tantos más. El paisaje ayuda, pero la diferencia la hace justamente la calidez de todos!!!!

Realmente un lugar maravilloso! Con una atención excelente! El personal es sobresaliente!!! Todos son atentos, serviciales y super correctos! Divertidos y gentiles! Las habitaciones muy grandes y cómodas!!! Es un lugar sumamente especial, discreto y perfecto para unas vacaciones en pareja tranquilas!

Superbe endroit, les chambres individuelles sont propre. Parfaite pour du repos, tranquillité et beauté avec des employés tellement attachant qui ont notre bonheur à coeur. C'était notre cinquième fois à cet endroit et à chaque fois nous sommes éblouis par la chaleur humaine des employés. Nous sommes toujours traités aux petits soins. La nourriture est très bonne, nous n'avons manqué de rien.
