Poor quality of Hotel all inclusive,there’s to many people smoking in everywhere,they may have (non smoking signs) ,the variety of food is not so good

Fuimos con motivo del cumpleaños de mi sobrino y la pasamos genial.El colectivo de trabajadores es genial.El hotel de lo único que carece es de más animación y de buena conectividad en las habitaciones más alejadas. Volvería a repetir la visita.

Hotel Sol cayo coco!! Una experiencia inolvidable, superó mis expectativas,un gran colectivo de trabajadores su atención es única, siempre pensando en el bienestar de sus clientes, los muchachos del lobby bar 👌👌, estrellas, y nuestra blanquita..... Sin palabras, agradecida con yusi encargada del mini club, Oscar el dj, Dayana muchacha especial en recepción... Felicidades a todos en general es un placer haberlos conocido y disfrutar de sus maravillosos servicios.....

Small resort but has everything you need for sure. The staff are for sure the best I have ever experienced. Their warm welcome and attention to detail is above and beyond for sure. The spa is very nice and food is okay. Close to airport which is nice after the flight.

Мы прилетели на остров 23 февраля,на том рейсе, где у самолета отказал двигатель. После такой дороги были уставшими и измотанные дорогой, но приехав в отель и увидев персонал с улыбками на лице, все изменилось. Нас быстро заселили. Номера очень хорошие для Кубы, современные. Анимация в отеле не плохая: каждый день игра в бинго, вечером концерты и танцы, приезжали артисты с развлекательной программой. На территории есть бильярд, теннис, большой теннис и шахматы. Что касается питания, мы были удивлены. Каждый день на обед и ужин было мясо: курица, говядина. При вас на гриле могут пожарить стейки из говядины и рыбы. В неделю по несколько раз устраивали в обед шашлыки, так же жарили фишн чипс. Была еще пицца, вкусная но очень интересная, пару колбасок на терке и томатная паста. На завтраки была очень вкусная выпечка,а так же яица в разном виде: вареные, омлет, пашот. На обед и ужин всегда было мороженное двух видов. Еще были морепродукты: кальмар, креветки, ракушки. Для Кубы очень хорошее питание. На пляже можно купить кокос по одному доллару. Но есть один большой минус, это тараканы. Они просто везде в столовой. Я отравилась в один день, это было ужасно. Оказалось, что я такая была не одна: была еще женщина и мальчик. Одни из туристов написали претензию и их переселили в другой отель . Нужно отметить сотрудников, что после этого случая они закрыли столовую и обработали от тараканов, в те дни всё питание они перенесли в гриль бар. Фото еды приложу,возможно, кому-то будет полезно.

Fue una experiencia muy gratificante la pasamos muy bien disfrutamos mucho gracias a la calidad de los servicios ya sea todo lo relacionado con a+b o la gran animación que nos hizo bailar y participar en juegos muy divertidos,también la gran calidad de las habitaciones muy bonitas todo f excelencia y por supuesto el jefe de animación
