La estancia en este hotel es admirable. Con habitaciones y servicio de calidad, una variada oferta en el buffet, un personal, joven, amable, presto siempre a satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes. La noche del sábado 10, fue admirable. El buffet fue servido en la playa, bajo un cielo coronado por una luna brillante y lámparas multicolores y una pasarela iluminada a ambos lados. No cambiaría nada..

Todo la estancia estuvo muy bien ..!! La atención inmejorable. La cena en la playa estuvo espectacular, la disfrutamos mucho. La atención del personal es muy buena y cercana. Recomendamos este hotel 100 por 100 la playa y la piscina son perfectas.

Un hotel y staff de lujo.. !! Excelente atención desde la llegada. Nos sentimos como en casa !! El personal muy cercano y dispuesto a ayudar siempre. El confort de las habitaciones y piscinas excelentes. Volveremos a repetir.. Lo recomiendo 100%

Todo me gustó pero lo mejor es la calidez de sus trabajadores, la atención tan esmerada a sus clientes, después la gran playa que tiene, de aguas cristalinas y arena fina y blanca y en tercer lugar la comida! Rica, variada y en cantidades apropiada. Ohhh! La piscina! Grande y muy limpia. Lo recomiendo 100 %.

Gran experiencia, muy buena calidad de la comida y las bebidas. La animación fue increíble, todos muy amables. the staff was great in general, and very polite!!!! La Piña colada del lobby bar fue y coffees always awesomes!!!. Y yendry el chico de la playa nos hizo disfrutar de una gran experiencia y siempre fue muy atento. Definitivamente volveremos al resort

J'ai été très agréablement impressionné par cet hôtel, nous avons tout aimé, la plaje est paradisiaque comme son nom, parfaite pour ceux aimant les longue marches, un peu de roches ou coquillages à l'entrée dans l'eau, des souliers d'eau pourraient aider, si non, nous sommes rentrés avec nos propres souliers de plage et le tout était réglé. Pour avoir fait le tour de toute la plage, cet hôtel a la plus belle plage, la moins rocheuse entrée et aussi beaucoup de palapas, sans avoir à se stresser d'en manquer à aucun moment de la journée. Chambre simple, belle et propre chaque jour, beaucoup d'attention de la personne faisant le ménage, toujours des fleurs et belles décorations. N'avons manque de rien, ni de papier, ni oeufs, ni pain, ce qui n était clairement pas le cas dans les hôtels voisins selon d autres visiteurs que nous avons rencontré. J'ai trouvé le bouffet si bon et varié que je n'ai pas ressenti le besoin d' essayer les restaurants à la carte. Nous avons essayé un le dernier soir car le buffet a été fermé car il y avait peu de monde sur le resort et le restaurant et la bouffe était très bons. Pour Cuba et un hôtel 4 étoiles, c est plus que parfait, j y retournerait n'importe quand. P.S il y a beaucoup de chats sur le resort, très beaux et très amicaux, svp pensez à eux, ils apprécient de tout, surtout de l amour et de la nourriture 😅

Exelente hotel, con una atención de primera desde la recepción del hotel hasta la playa. Una animación estupenda. Se repetiría sin dudas.. Gracias milanis por toda su ayuda. Y al animador Calderón por hacernos sentir parte de la familia. Está experiencia le daría un 20 de 10. Continúen de esas manera , su calidad humana es inmensa.. Dios mediante acá estaremos nuevamente.

Fue una experiencia inolvidable en este hotel antiguo pestana , hotel paraíso en estos momentos , un personal excelente una atención maravillosa un equipo de animación que no tiene rival .recomiendo todo el que quiera pasar una agradable estancia en familia que que llegue hasta este hotel. Felicidades para todas las personas que hicieron posible nuestra estancia acá fuese de ensueño. Si tendría que dar una puntuación de un 10 daría un 20. Nos volveremos a ver el próximo año de ellos no tengan duda.

Feb 2025 5 night stay with Air Canada, Solid 3/5. We paid way too much for this vacation. 1220 pp was steep for cuba. I felt it was quite cold at like 26-27 degrees with strong winds, but that is no ones fault. I was unable to enjoy the beach with this weather. Food-was great, i was pleased. My expectations were low, so this surpassed it. I especially enjoyed the desserts, beach snack bar with fried plantain and fish- YUM. We do not eat meat so the fish was enough. We were treated to a special air canada dinner which the food tasted very good. The ambience was nice. However it was set in the pool, which it was too cold to be in the evening. I felt bad for myself and the staff to have to be in the pool. The idea and thought was nice but it wasnt practical. Ambience-I was expecting more warmth, hospitality and friendliness. I felt it was lacking. The lobby is nice, pools are good. Beach is beautiful, lots of space to play in the sand and water. Staff work tirelessly to clean seaweed and debris. Ordering drinks at the bar you feel like you're bothering some of the staff, the way they look at you at times. This was uncomfortable. I saw 2 shows during our time there, it wasnt every night. The shows were nice and kids disco was encouraging which i liked. Room-was uncomfortable. The ants were endless. The beds and pillows were not the best. It was clean aside from the ants. There was enough space to put all of our things. Decorated nicely. Garden view was fine. Ernesto from customer service was especially helpful and kind in getting our room cleaned and eventually changed for us due to the ants. He also helped book reservations for the restaurants. Thank you Ernesto! Umberto was friendly and helped us get fresh coconuts and coconut water. Thank you! Please tip or give what you can to the workers! Deannalise was lovely! I wish i met her sooner, we met on our last day there. She was kind, helpful and genuine. All the best Deannalise! We did the horse and carriage ride to a charming farm. The gentleman who took us was kind and friendly. I wish i remembered his name. Thank you! We walked to the market closeby and did the lobset dinner at the restaurant nearby. It was pretty good, prices a little steep. Very beautiful view. Taxi services were helpful. Overall, I would not return to this resort due to the overall ambience and the rooms. I do look forwars to returning to Cuba elsewhere.

Had an incredible time at this resort with 22 other women. The staff were amazing. They made us feel welcomed, comfortable and safe. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. There was a variety of food choices and was never hungry. (I gained a few pounds) The entertainment staff was spectacular! They worked so hard and did such an outstanding job. We made new friends and great memories!

Disnay was awesome. He was so friendly and kept our room beautiful and clean. The resort is nicely kept. We upgraded our room to view the ocean. It was more updated. The furniture was nicer and the fridge and shower worked. Food was good. A bit repetitive. Cappuccinos rock!

This is a very good choice for a reasonably priced AI. The beach was beautiful. Do bring water shoes though, the dead reef out front is definitely no fun to walk on in bare feet. If you are into fishing, go see the guys by the catamarans to your left as you look at the ocean, they can take you out for a very memorable day if the weather is right! Speaking of fish, make sure to get some fish and plantain chips at the beach bar, Mom and I both agree it was the best thing to eat on the resort. Other memorable bites include the tuna sandwiches and burgers at the snack bar, the turkey at the buffet, and the fresh fruit in the morning. The pools are nice too, perfect temp, and the entertainment staff were great! The bartenders poured good drinks. The ladies at the cigar store were lovely. I had a really good trip and would come back in a heartbeat if it were a similar price!

Ici c'est l'hôtel où nous avons le mieux mangé. J'ai même avoué au chef Luis que j'aurais donné 5 étoiles à son buffet La propreté est leur signature. Le personnel est attachant et professionnel. Tout est près car le site n'est pas grand. C'est ce qui fait notre affaire
