Pestana Cayo Coco Beach Resort

First time to Cuba and had zero expectations. In my opinion even though things were not perfect our room was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. We had a couple of issues where water wasn't working and they worked hard to get it fixed in a timely manner. It was nothing we couldn't handle. There were no shortages and the food was ok. There was roasted turkey and a good pasta station. Pineapple was delicious! Food in the buffet area was always cold and you will see repeat from breakfast to lunch to dinner. There was bread everyday and a great selection of cheeses The chef was so proud and honestly we were able to always find something to eat. They are doing the very best they can! The bathrooms ..always have toilet paper with you and be prepared for missing toilet seats and doors that do not lock. The public bathrooms really need an upgrade and repair but the attendants always did their best to keep it clean and tidy. There was NO SOAP to wash hands which is concerning . Hand sanitizer is a must to have with you. Bathtub is very high so if you have mobility issues it will be difficult!I was very impressed at how hard everyone worked and they were very appreciative of any and all tips and gifts.The entertainment was excellent and that crew deserves huge recognition as they are there from morning to night! Pool area was a blast but they close the bar at 5. Would love to see more games at the pool throughout the day! Lobby bar is gorgeous and coffee and tea was delicious! All and all we will come back to this resort. As first timers we enjoyed every day and were able to always find something to eat. Beach is gorgeous! Excellent vacation! Just remember things will not be perfect but it's nothing you can't handle unless you are super picky.

On y mange bien pour Cuba le personnel est à l écoute il y a quelque animaux sur le site ont a vue chat,chien,cochon sauvage il ne sont pas dangereux restaurants à la cate son bien le personnel de chambre à l écoute et très attentionné bonne musique et bon divertissement sur la plage comme au lobby

L'équipe est vraiment très sympathique, nous avons eu un bon service. Tout est fait pour que soyons bien accueillis et les animateurs, animatrices mettent une belle ambiance! Mention spéciale à Red, le gentil animateur toujours souriant et plein d'énergie!

Very nice people, love the rooms our room had three beds which was amazing, so many fun activities to do, the beach is very nice, beautiful waters and we even saw wild pigs which was so fun seeing. Overall me and my family all had an amazing time here and I definitely would recommend.

Animation, wow ...les employés sont merveilleux et la nourriture étais vraiment bonne ..je le conseil a tous RED un danseur excellente et gentil avec toute âges 🙏💕🤩🤩 la mer wow wow et re wow ...chambre très propre et des hola tout les matins avec des sourires vrai

We had a great time. People are so afraid of going to Cuba and I don’t understand why. The people are so friendly and try their hardest to help you enjoy your stay. Disnay Garcia kept our room clean and we never wanted for anything. He was friendly and accommodating just as all the staff are. The food was good, the beaches beautiful and the service was great. I look forward to going back.
