Hotel Mojito arvostelua

Excellent staff, they were all so friendly always greeting you every time as they see you and helpful especially the front desk receptionist Claribel. She was informative of what I wanted to know and she also was able to solve most of my problems that occurred while I stayed at there very nice resort.

Ну, для Кубы это средний нормальный отель. Но это где-то 3 звёзды. Из огромных минусов - невероятное количество комаров и ещё больше мух. Невозможно спокойно жить. Еда - выбор стандартный для Кубы, даже неплохой. В остальном ничего необычного. + Выделить не могу. Только если вы пьёте, то наливают без остановки, в основном пиво. Но это такой себе плюс. Так делают везде и не вижу в этом ничего хорошего. Потрёпанный, старенький. На 2 из 5 сойдет.

Hotel en general que necesita una actualización, se nota que tiene unos años encima. El servicio y la atención de los empleados, para mi lo mejor del hotel, al menos por mi experiencia. La comida deja algo que desear, aparte de que no siempre hay de todo. Vale la pena reservar en el restaurante del Malecón, tanto el servicio como la comida son mejores que en el self service. Y el bar de la playa también es una buena idea por el entorno y la tranquilidad. En cuanto a la animación, los chicos/as lo intentan aunque sin muchos resultados. Los espectáculos por la noche bien en general, aunque no deberían de dejar pasar tanto tiempo entre el mismo y la discoteca. Pasa casi más de una hora entre uno y otro y la gente se enfría. La playa no es amplia y bastante sucia de algas y demás. Aunque intentan cuidarla a diario. Creo que en general tiene buena relación calidad precio. Pero para playa mejor ir hasta Playa Pilar o alguna de otro hotel.

MARCH 16-23 , 2025. ( long read but please do ) My husband and I just returned from another fantastic trip back to what we love to call home. This was not our first trip and it certainly won’t be our last. The extremely welcoming staff will make you feel at home the moment you get there, whether you are checking into your room with Ariel Moreno-Martinez, or one of his amazing colleagues , booking your delicious ala cart dinners with Noel Montes de Oca or Ulicer Ramirez in guest services , grabbing your first Spanish coffee made with love by Lixander Palenzuela (known by Chicho or Alexander by the ones who love him most) and if it’s his day off Alain Artiles or one of the other amazing guys will be there too! We certainly miss seeing Edil Pino in the lobby bar, but he can be found in the snack bar by the pool serving you up amazing cold drinks all afternoon….tell him we say hi! All afternoon enjoy the beach or the pool….. The Dj booth is playing poolside….(they could use some more Caribbean music though), or down at the beach, where you can enjoy grilled foods and sandwiches for lunch and your drinks are served by the one and only Roberto Rivero at Roberto’s beach bar…SO GLAD HES BACK! You can find your entertainment staff down there playing bocce ball, volleyball or other games in the sand all morning (not as long as I’d like haha). But Polito , Mandy, Mary, Kelly and Luis will certainly make sure you are enjoying yourself … join them by the pool in the afternoon for more fun, dance lessons, aqua aerobics, volleyball etc…. Come out and play and win a prize, or two or three …..haha Usually consisting of a bottle of Cuban something or an AMAZING massage by the Mojitos one and only Meylin Espinosa, if you are unlucky enough to not win one, might I suggest booking yourself one, you DONT want to miss that, and the prices are amazing ! Don’t forget the kids, they get games and mini disco too!!! In the lobby at night enjoy some music before the show time at 9:30pm, have a seat or stand at the bar, either way the service is amazing and the guys will make it impossible for your glass to be empty if you so choose….. Idael and Guillermo are always there waiting to serve you up whatever you want with a huge smile , they will keep you going until it’s disco time…. ( which I’m to tired and old to go to anymore haha) But Pepe is usually in the house with the music going and requests are always welcome …..AND don’t forget the show times….everynight at 9:30 they are spectacular , you do not want to miss! Now for the stuff no one wants to talk about but needs to be said….. It’s Cuba Are you coming for gourmet food? No…. Are there shortages on occasion? Yes… Can you predict from one week to the other what those shortages will be? No … …..BUT the cooks and the chefs at the mojito do an AMAZING job of preparing and serving you delicious choices from what they have available….I for one have NEVER gone hungry… Cayo Coco is an island….. Will

Wicked staff I return to mojito about 6 time a years and the staff what makes it special over there they are like friends and take really good care of you food is good everything is pretty good for the prices you can't go wrong there will be differences in the food depending on the timenof the year you go Christmas timenis insane over there summer time more relax you n3ed to go visit it is super abordable the beach n insane you really can't go wrong .... most poeple that goes there endnup going back over and over again because of the experience

We had the best week at hotel Mojito! The staff at the lobby bar Chicco Luis Alain were so great and attentive! Could not have asked for better staff! The Spanish coffees and cappuccinos were excellent! We came as a family of 16 and were so happy with everything!

The lounge bar staff are very good ,attentive and helpful. Here's to Chicho, Landy, Luis and Alain. Shout out to Tamara at the swim up bar. All the staff are great. Great resort to visit. I would love to bring my family here again. The weather was also great.

Chichi, landy, Luis and Alain were amazing servers, I travelled with a very large group and the took care of us with ease and a big smile on their face. Tamara is my favourite bartender and you will usually find her at the pool bar. She had music playing for us and kept our cups full and is just a great person!

Traveled with a friend during March break 7- 15 excellent flight Air transat 17 minutes from the airport to Hotel. While waiting for our bus we got swarmed by mosquitos...........that was a turn off right away. But they sprayed at the resort and there was one or two nights with a few bites bring bug spray to be safe Pros: large wide walkways Very Clean rooms and the grounds No need to get up early to hold a chair at the beach or pool area Beach towels in your room Very comfortable beds and pillows , blankets low pre set air conditioner Very quiet to sleep no noise from the maids in the early mornings Very Good Food no shortages except no bacon with breakfast Lots of fresh fish, chicken, pork salads, bread, very sweet deserts Outdoor market 5 minute walk from hotel Snorkeling in front of hotel by sailboat 1 hour 25$canadian excellent And the BEST for last the Ocean and Beach are out of this world ,very clean, miles to walk ,warm ocean ,mild waves and when the tide goes out puddle pockets lots of shells to collect. And the amazing Pelicans diving for the fish Cons: Night much night life (brought cards to play) Limited mix for drinks (I'm not a soda fan) had the frozen lime and pineapple as a mix No snacks (Bring nuts granola bars etc) Some food repetitive We traveled last minute looking for sunshine and the beach and were very pleased with the whole package from Air Transat (thank you) I Would return with family a great place for children or a group of friends not a place for party people Traveled with fellow teacher for March Break

First time in Cayo Coco. Have visited Cuba for many years with more than 10 visits. This is an older hotel and needs some attention but what makes the stay here is the staff. Everyone from the maids, to the grounds keepers, maintenance workers, kitchen staff, security, servers, waiters, bartenders, reception, guest services, in fact all have smile and a genuine appreciation for the guests. A special shout out to Chicho, Alen, Roberto and all the attentive bar staff and kitchen staff throughout the hotel. All make a special effort!

Hemos tenido el placer de visitar en varias ocasiones este hotel ... se mantiene muy bonito , ademas de siempre sentido muy bien atendidos en cuestión a prontitud ,buen trato ..se esmeran en dar un servicio de excelencia sobre todo Chicho, Alain, Landy, Luis, Ariel .. las habitaciones muy limpias ,el lobby bar unos café exquisitos..una cocteleria a la medida de los gustos con muy buena calidad .. felicitaciones !!
