excellent room, excellent location, unacceptable food

Très beau resort! L’équipe des événements et des activités son super avec Yaniel qui donne toujours son plus grand sourire! la température était A1 toute au long de la semaine avec la plus belle plage que j’ai vue de ma vie. Recommande a 100%.

Migrey is the best bar tender her Pina colada is THE BEST. She is so much fun and sweet and very appreciative for her tips. Our whole experience has been awesome we went to V.I.P and we were definitely treated like vips. The resort is absolutely beautiful.

Visited this resort with my two adult daughter's. We were very fortunate to stay at the adult only section, called The Level. Our accommodation was very spacious: bedroom with comfortable beds and tv, en-suite bath with double sink vanity, glassed in shower, jacouzzi tub, separate toilet, snow white fluffy towels, also beach towels,comfortable sitting room with tv, dining area with coffee bar, a powder room and patio. Just a clean, luxurious suite. There are other types of rooms available at different price levels. The Level has it’s own a la carte restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The meals and drinks are comparable to any 5 star restaurant. There is also a 24 hour snack bar. The on-site bars serve any drink and cocktail you desire, national and international. A beautiful spa in a separate building offers many body pleasing relaxing The grounds have beautiful tropical flowers and are nicely kept. The pool is crystal clear and free of chlorine, with tanning beds in the middle and shading huts around it. A concierge is available for all your questions and needs, books all your other a la carte restaurants in the family section of the resort etc.You have access to all of the family area but their clients can’t come to the Level. The Level offers a beautiful, luxurious calm adult atmosphere. Can’t wait to enjoy it on my next vacation. Many thanks to the most efficient friendly staff and management

Soy cliente multirepitente de dicho hotel y me gusta todo el funcionamiento y trato del servicio al cliente , pero en especial en el Loby bar la señora yanelys un trato super especial y muy carismática , pasamos dias involvidables en dicho hotel

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances au Costa Rey (Avril 2025) Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le personnel a été souriant et accueillant. La chambre était propre, et bien entretenue. Les repas étaient très bien, au buffet comme aux restaurants à la carte. La plage est propre, bien entretenue, on peut y faire de longues promenades sans soucis, plusieurs palapas et chaises disponibles. Nous avons pu aller au gym ( qui est quand même bien équipé ) tous les jours. Les seuls points un peu moins positifs sont que le matelas de la chambre n'était pas super comfortable et les oreillers non plus. La variété des drinks est limitée et il y a parfois quelques pénuries en milieu de soirée. Ces points sont mineurs et n'a pas affecté notre voyage. L'emplacement est parfait ( 10 min ) de l'aéroport en transport privé. La plage est sublime, surtout vers l'Est ou c'est plus sauvage. Nous avons l'intention d'y retourner.
