"Centrally located and close to the main amenities. The apartments are large and renovated, but lacked many small touches. There was no mirror or coat hanger, which forced me to leave everything in my suitcase, making me feel very uncomfortable. The bidet was falling apart, and the electricity went out every now and then. Not to mention the rudeness of the lady who stayed there. She was neither friendly nor welcoming. The breakfast was poor, with no thoughtful touches like single-serving jams/creams for hygiene reasons; every request seemed like a hassle. I wouldn't return."

"The room was large and tall, converted from an old building. The elevator was terrifying; it required two sets of doors to close, and it couldn't be crowded. Since the staff was only available in the afternoon, we had to call in the morning to let them put our luggage in. You need a set of keys to leave the house. Breakfast was delivered by trolley; since we left early, they prepared a light dinner in advance. Quite thoughtful. The housekeeper explained everything clearly and repeatedly asked if we needed to use the bathtub, which we politely declined. There was a very large jacuzzi. Transportation was convenient; the train station, bus station, and old town were all within a ten-minute walk."

B&B I Puritani

"We stayed in Puritani B&B for one night as a couple in early April. We booked the premium suite room (with bathtub in the room). Overall the room was okay - large but little dated in parts, and the spa bath in the room felt to us like more of a photo op / vibe / reason to charge more, than something you would use given it is directly next to a window on a busy road and train line and little privacy. The view of the sea is better in the photos than reality (given the road and trainlines) but on a positive, the room was quiet from road traffic and other guests. It’s worth noting this suite room is right next to the hotel entrance and reception desk, so you do hear some footfall coming and going. Breakfast was good - a small continental breakfast and some local cakes, and the lady serving the coffees was really friendly and attentive. Location was good - very walkable to the main centre and in a good location if you needed to catch the airport bus at all. There was nothing fundamentally wrong with the staff or hotel which were red flags or things to worry about"
