The hotel was a complete disgrace, the pin code they gave us was wrong, and my night mate and I couldn't enter the hotel had to search for a different hotel for 1 hour. I definitely don't recommend it. They took the money of the hotel I didn't stay with from me. A total fiasco

내 인생 최악의 호텔직원을 만났다. 항공편 운항시간이 늦어서 저녁 10시인 체크인마감시간내 도착하려고 공항픽업택시를 타고 급히 호텔입구에 10시 직전에 도착했으나 호출벨을 눌러도 문을 안열어주고 10시에 퇴근하는 직원을 문앞에서 만났으나 그냥 달아나듯 가버려서 방황하다 근처 다른 호텔을 늦게 투숙할 수 밖에 없었다. 서비스업을 하는 호텔직원 마인드가 최악이라고 느꼈으며 호텔을 운영하는 관리정책에도 문제가 많다고 생각들었다. 이탈리아를 좋아해서 몇번째 여행 왔었는데 이번일로 한사람의 행동이 고객들 한테 미치는 영향이 대단하다고 생각들었다.

特別特別破的一家老房公寓改造的民宿。前台是兩個**氣很重的當地男性。房間內沒有wif，7月的西西里的氣温高達四十度，這家店要求每天晚上不開空調。為了儘量減少住客的使用，限制住客的捲紙，肥皂供應，同時每天10點之後要求離開酒店，坐在大堂也不行（我們有的時候想在大堂商量一些第二天會議的事情，趕人）。打掃完之後經常發現房門直接開着。甚至為了確認室內情況，不打招呼多次私自打開房門檢查空調情況。（一共住宿5天，無空調的情況下有兩天）在拖拖拉拉的空調修好後每天不打招呼開房門進我們房間。我的女生同事合住一個房間，夏天不能開空調，白天10點之後要闖進來趕人，實在膽戰心驚。另外在所有費用提前付款，準時離店（早晨離店時間10:00）的情況下，依然亂收費我同事95歐。工作15年了，國內外酒店去過不少，最差的體驗沒有之一。溝通上講英語裝聽不懂，翻譯器用意大利文溝通立刻凶神惡煞嚇唬你不回覆。買的包含早餐，結果這家店每天衹買兩個非常劣質的麪包，搭配些有點爛的水果，噁心至極。你沒聽錯就是兩個麪包，住客衹能拿刀切薄片分着吃，經常無早餐可吃。同時住宿期間抓到前台多次撒謊，人品極差。我覺得該酒店不適合任何目的出行。

家庭酒店，位置很好，臨近步行街，出行旅遊都非常方便，就是設施相對比較陳舊。

Hôtel très bien placé à catane. La personne à l’accueil est très souriante et agréable. Bon rapport qualité prix!

Posizione centralissima ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa (nessun rumore in stanza ). Struttura un po’ datata, materasso troppo molle … ma ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo . I due receptionist sono molto simpatici ed efficienti .

Wifi is only available around the reception. Location is good. I won’t recommend the hotel due to the one rude staff who blamed me for putting a key on the wrong door(there were two doors before the reception). At that time I was super tired after walking all day but he ordered me to wait until he finished talking on the phone with angry face. He called me off that I almost damaged the door by clicking the key too much and the other customers could haven’t use it then I have to pay for the damage. He even mentioned the price for it. Then I had to show him that I can use the keys in the right place and turn them properly. The worst customer service I’ve ever had and my trip was damaged..

Hotel decente, i proprietari dei truffaldini, prenoto per due stanze e pago tramite provider. Giunto in loco mi riferiscono che non possono darmi l’altra camera perché la prenotazione di entrambe le camere era a mio nome. Provavo a sentire il provider per avere informazioni al riguardo senza successo. Visto l’urgenza ho dovuto pagare nuovamente per la seconda camera e intestarla a nome del mio compagno di viaggio. Proprietari pezzenti , per 40€ fanno questi giochetti. La finanza già informata.

Très agréable et très propre.Marco est une personne exceptionnelle tant au niveau humain que professionnel, un super séjour à Catane ! Bravo et merci à toute l’équipe ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Maryse et Luna.

Etnea 316 was definetely the best thing on my over-night trip from Malta to Catania which was still recovering from the feast of the big A. Nice staff, Marco was obviously a bit mad, but nice to look at at least. Everything you might want from a budget hotel and more: clean, quiet, relaxed, central, on a safe and busy street/sq, close to ab everything Catania has to offer. I recommend.

4 giorni a Catania per capodanno. Abbiamo organizzato escursione con Marco Etna e Taormina con un ottimo prezzo e la guida bravissima. L hotel è ben posizionato, centrale vai dove vuoi, hai tutto a portata di mano senza utilizzare mezzi dunque bar, trattoria. Gente cordiale e disponibile, cibo ottimo. Colazione servita in hotel. Marco al ricevimento gentilissimo. Ottimo torneremo. Vittorio.

La struttura è molto accogliente e bella il personale è uno dei più simpatici e gentili che abbia mai visto.L'unica cosa che cambierei è la porta del bagno ma per il resto la struttura è un vero successo. P.S il receptionist fa guide all'Etna (lo consiglio)
