Very nice hotel. The rooms are luxurious and the beds are very comfy. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They gave great tips for our planned day trips and organised a scooter for us that was delivered to the hotel. The breakfast was also very nice. 15 minutes walk to Cat Co 3 beach and many restaurants arround. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful newly opened hotel with very nice staff providing excellent service!
We stayed at the Moon Boutique Hotel for one night while visiting Cat Ba island. The hotel is very well located on the town's main street and all sights on the island are easily accessible from this point.
The room was large, stylishly decorated and had a very comfortable bed.
Our favorite part of the hotel however was the staff! They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and have a nice time on the island! They provided us great information about activities, prepared excellent welcome drinks and breakfast and always had a smile on their face. It was also very nice to see how well they worked as a team! Definitely the best hotel on Cat Ba!

Sehr gemütliche Betten und ein fantastisches Frühstück. DAS hotel liegt in einer Stuchstraße zum Stand, etwa 100 Meter. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und habe alles für uns sehr unkompliziert organisiert, Empfehlenswert!

Very comfortable hotel with nice staff. Good breakfast We had dinner on the roof top which was also nice. The hotel arranged our transfers to and from Hanoi efficiently. They also arranged an excellent boat day trip. The surrounding area is currently under construction but the rooms are reasonably insulated from the sound of construction work which can start at 5am

Beautiful new hotel, with very kind and helpful staff. We loved the included breakfast- especially the warm, crisp and fluffy bahn my, tasty omelette, and very nice cappuccino. We booked a one day cruise & kayak trip on the bay with their partner, Cat Ba Ventures, which was excellent as well. There is construction going on at the beach in town, but it’s a short (20 minute) walk to Cat Co 3, a nice swimming beach.

The Moon Boutique Hotel is the most beautiful hotel I stayed in Vietnam (and probably the world). Only 1 year old, it is furnished in excellent taste, comfortable and quiet. The staff are kind, efficient and have excellent communication. They looked after us perfectly and we had a very relaxing stay. Breakfast was included and was generous and tasty. Strongly recommend taking a drink up onto the roof to terrace to enjoy a stunning at sunset.

Sehr schönes Hotel, das sehr zentral gelegen ist. In der Nähe sind viele Restaurants. Wir hatten ein Deluxe DZ, das sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet ist. Das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei jeglichen Fragen. Zum Hotel gehört noch eine Travel Agency, was die Orga von Reisen oder Transport einfach macht. Randnotiz: Aktuell wird im Ort sehr viel gebaut (alle Bürgersteige sind aufgerissen und es wird eine riesige zentrale Fläche trocken gelegt, vermutlich für neue Hotels).

The hotel is well situated for bars and restaurants, Casa Bonita is well worth a visit. The hotel is very clean , extremely comfortable , bedrooms are spacious and the beds are super . Breakfast is served to you daily with an excellent choice , starting with a daily fresh fruit platter. The staff are just wonderful, always willing to help , excellent communication and each member has a very pleasant manner. Worth booking trips from this hotel too.
