Great location, convenient for sites. Good rate which included breakfast. Difficult to get to by car. Using Waze is much better. Didn’t get the room type booked but managed for 2 nights. Agent at checkin took several minutes before acknowledging me in the queue. I would have been happy being told "I’ll be with you in a few minutes" instead of being ignored whilst he chatted with his colleague about what seemed to be an issue. I believe because he was distracted, we weren’t given any hotel information - i.e. location of lifts, breakfast time etc. which is standard. Breakfast service wasn’t great the first morning. Second morning was much better. I think it’s because we arrived at approx. 10:30 on the first day and the team was ready to go as I could hear them counting down the minutes to the end of their shift. No hot drinks offered; told drinks were on the buffet when in fact they needed to be ordered. Drinks eventually brought on asking again, but no cups. Had to ask for them. Quite noisy at night because of all the bars and restaurants outside, which meant the window couldn’t be left open, as the room was quite warm, despite adjusting the temperature of the HVAC system. Very nice, modern hotel, could improve with better staff training.

The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from Cardiff Central Station. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The room is spacious but simple. The decor is a bit dated too. You would expect it’s like a Premier Inn. All in all, it justified its price and the location is convenient.

Location is great. 5 minutes walk to train station. However, it was located near a bar which play non-stop music loudly till 3am. Great for fun but completely disaster for family. We stayed 2 nights there and couldn’t fall asleep because of the noisy!

I booked two rooms. Even we were upgraded to a so called executive room, the carpet was dirty with mark. There was a crack in the basin which was the same case as my last stay in 2024. A used teaspoon with chocolate could never be changed and stayed at the same place during our stay for three nights.

トイレが故障していて不便だった 場所は駅から近く5分ほどで周りには飲食店も多くカーディフ城までも歩いて10分ほどで便利だった。 朝食も美味しかった。

住過最差的萬豪！the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. 靠近酒吧街 整個酒店氛圍非常吵鬧. 吹風筒壞的，冰箱壞的，水龍頭噴水出來 沐浴頭壞的 房間小 舊. 早餐連自助咖啡機都無，對印度服務員説謝謝 他也毫無反應. 我住過很多萬豪 但這家管理設施是最差的！

Great Location, Clean hotel, Spacious Room. Well placed on the main high street. Lots of food outlets & eateries around. Pleasant stay.

房間很安靜，床比較大， 酒店服務很貼心。離火車站近，走路就能到酒店。酒店旁邊就是一大溜餐廳，不遠就是熱鬧的步行街。離景區也不遠，都很方便！

The room size is acceptable, cleaning wise is fine, however, only rooms on M floor is newly renovated, other floors are with old facilities especially the windows were very hard to be fully closed and the air-conditioning not working properly. Day time is very hot and stuffy in the room , luckily night time is cooler.

Wifi in the room didn’t work I had to check twice with the reception but it didn’t work I had to go to the lobby to access wifi. Despite having allowed to check out at 1pm housekeeper still knocked on my door at 12pm. Receptionist gave wrong info about going to the city. They made mistake with my number of luggages. Very disappointed with this Marriott property

房間算正常，可惜既係當日夜晚9:30-11:30pm我們的房間沒有熱水，房間的電話原來也是壞。來來回回前台詢問幾次，職員由初初需要等5分鐘，再20分鐘。再1小時 最後用了2小時才能安排到房間有熱水。前台高大男職員態度差，並沒有解決客人問題，萬豪集團實在令我及家人失望及見識。

地理位置非常方便，但酒店洗手間和房間衛生一般，服務員態度是友善的，整體入住體驗還是滿意的。

Nice location and helpful staff. No problem on everything.

Midday checkout was perfect for us as we went for a run in Bute park before leaving. Hotel in ideal position, close to train station, shops and Utilita arena
