La réception n'est ouverte que de 10h à 22h. Il a fallu appeler 3 fois pour obtenir les informations de checking autonome. La cuisine n'ouvre qu'à 10h, donc on ne peut se faire un petit déjeuner. Les draps sont à louer 5£, quand la réception est ouverte avant 22h, la garde des bagages est aussi 5£, quand la réception est ouverte après 19h. Les espaces de convivialité sont juste 2 canapés. Les murs des toilettes sont moisis et peinture qui s'écaille de partout. Bref je ne conseille pas du tout

Best place to stay in Cardiff at good price.

It was okay, good location very old didn’t give proper bedding or anything probably the worst hostel I stayed in the only thing good about it was location 

Good location. Good services-free drinks,you can choose the bund bed. only not good on climbing uo ladders to the room with the heavy suitcase.

Dormitory room door cannot be locked due to broken lock. Showering water flow and temperature are not stable. Ventilation in the shared restroom is not very effective, resulting in the corridor smelling bad. Many aches and dusts are in the corner of the dormitory room. Trash bin is not thoroughly cleaned. Bed mattress is broken down so not comfortable for sleeping on. Staff are very friendly! Other guests are all reasonable, well-educated and good behaved young people.

Couldn't comment on cleanliness. Unable to locate the hotel, no signs or direction. Contacted the hotel, it wasn't helpful. Driving round Cardiff City looking for it and the receptionist couldn't direct one. Had to cancel after one hour of driving around, booked another hotel. Not trying that again, the price is attractive and say a lot about the hotel. Very disappointed

Due to reports of bed bugs, we inspected the room before check-in and also asked guests already checked in at the lobby, who all confirmed that the room had been heavily sprayed with insecticide. Crucially, the room we were assigned (with 12 beds) was completely different from the photos shown in the booking (depicting 4-6 beds). Due to these reasons, we decided not to proceed with check-in. However, although the hotel canceled our reservation, they did not issue a refund (2 bookings approximately £130).

Excellent. Had a funky smell but nothing too strong. Affordable. Great service.

場所、無料コーヒー、部屋の広さなど素晴らしかったです。 気になったのは、自分のベッドだけ電気がつかなくて、受け付けに言っだけど直らなかったこと。部屋がすこし寒く、シャワーも若干ぬるかったことです。

Great location, next to Cardiff market (~ 1 minute walk), and close to Cardiff castle (within 10minutes), have basic necessities (eg kitchen), spacious toilet and shower room.
