Swansea Waterfront

Staff are good. Friendly and helpful. They help me to store luggage voluntarily. I am very grateful. The place are clean and tidy. The room settings are good. The furniture are well Placed and with taste. I don’t have breakfast this time. But it looks very freaks with variety. Must try next time.

There is parking available right next to the hotel which is much closer than the parking at sainsburys which is what I used. There is a Tesco express next to the hotel which is handy. Nice location on the waterfront. A bit of a walk into the center of Swansea

Hotel and rooms are clean. Lovely staff and friendly. Hotel bar got good choice drinks from alcohol to soft drinks. Restaurant food was good but poor vegiterian choices. If any. Breakfast continental style was good with plenty to choose from. Cooked breakfast looked good but I don't eat cooked breakfast

Great location and clean comfortable room for the night. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Tesco below was super helpful for food, sadly breakfast wasn't early enough for us. bed was comfy and quiet, just what we needed for the gala in the national pool of Wales.

Excellent location for walks along the Marina, and walkable distance in to the city centre. Always very friendly and helpful staff and very clean room. The most comfortable bed and pilllows! Best night’s sleep! If one is driving and has a car in Swansea, this hotel has a huge parking lot right next door (uncovered) and the cost is £6.00 to park for 24 hours (the machine only takes coins). Very handy having the little Tesco on the premises as well. All in all very good value for money and a lovely area to stay in while exploring Swansea.

Totally unsafe hotel no security on lifts or floor access, we had drunks trying to kick our room door in I'm 70 and my partner 67 we don't need this I tried to se the video footage and they wouldn't show me avoid this hotel the Premier 5min away is a safer venue
