The hotel was nice the staff was kind and the bed was comfy the place was clean room yeah the shower was nice tea coffee and sugar on the room kettle and tv was big

This is the perfect spot in Swansea. The staff are lovely, the rooms are quiet and clean, and it’s walking distance to the coach station. It’s on a street with lots of bars and restaurants and there are 4 supermarkets in walking distance. Highly Recommend.

酒店房間大，設施該有的都有，員工熱情，入住期間電梯經常維修，要走樓梯。旁邊有很多飯店餐飲，超市也不遠。遊艇碼頭走路距離。綜合來説，性價比很高。

The only 2 lifts were not in service at the same time. Luckily the staffs there were pretty helpful. However, they accidentally charged me an extra cost though the amount of money was returned eventually but I hope that similar things won’t happen to other customers in the future Rooms were spacious!👍🏻

Perfect, just as promised by Premier Inn. Never disappointed. Bed was most comfy, cleanliness spot on and, best of all, the breakfast was amazing. All brought together by the friendly and attentive staff. NCP car park is just a couple of minutes away connected via the hotel.

I was a little apprehensive when I walked up to the hotel as it was next door to a nightclub. There were also many places with outside tables etc on Wind Street that we thought would be noisy in the evening. How wrong were we. We walked back from our concert at 10:30pm felt very safe when walking to our hotel. Our room overlooked the nightclub but we heard nothing at all and slept very well. Our room was what you come to expect from Premier Inn. Good size room, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom with a very good shower and plenty of hot water and toiletries. We ate breakfast at 9am on Saturday morning. The breakfast room was well lit with a lot of windows and plenty of seating. All the hot food was very plentiful and was replaced frequently. All the cold foods were plentiful and replaced as necessary. Tea and coffee was also plentiful. We would not hesitate to book this hotel if staying in Swansea for any reason.

The welcome by the receptionist was efficient, informative and a very warm welcome. Hotel is ideally located and parking next door very convenient. Breakfast was just the job although the buffet food does need to come out a little quicker as it was quite busy but the quality was excellent.

We received a really warm welcome on our arrival. The reception staff were really helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet. It's a great location for shops, beach and the Marina Would definitely stay again. Overall we had a great stay!
