Missed the simple things like a bath mat, a non slip mat to use while showering and drinking glasses available in the room.
Bed was okay, a little creaky and “well used”

位於市中心。房間面積大、乾淨舒適。缺點是旁邊的聖瑪麗教堂每隔15分鐘敲鐘一次，夜深人靜時響；酒店的免費wifi限制性強，每24小時衹能上一次、每次30分鐘，網速慢。

This is a great place to stay if you're visiting Swansea Arena or going out in Swansea. Rooms are comfortable, bar prices are reasonable and the breakfast is good value.

Super clean hotel, lovely staff and great rooms for what you pay. Ideal location in the heart of Swansea centre, close to the beach and just a stone throw away from Swansea nightlife. Also no onsite car parking but there is a reasonable NCP just around the corner.

The staff were brilliant and they made my check in very helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be back there for my next trip.

Great location for Swansea arena, car park directly next door and only £5 for 24 hours, bar full stocked with happy hour between 5 -7, cafe food had good selection and was reasonably priced, breakfast was great and plentiful, room was clean and comfortable, overall an excellent stay for such a low cost

Room was dirty the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed,the bedding had stains of blood,the mattress was full of urine stains. The bathroom had toothpaste over the walls and the door and dust in the corners of the bar behind the door.
