Villa Parisi Grand Hotel

I have been all over the world and this is one of my favorite hotels. The location is amazing and very private. The platforms built into the rocks are so unique and the swimming area very private. We took our 2 daughters and they loved it. It's a short walk to town so you don't even need a car. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We felt like we were staying with family. I love how small and quaint it is which added to the family feeling. We will definitely be back.

Siamo passati a trovare i miei suoceri che hanno soggiornato qui una settimana, il piacere di essere accolti dal sorriso e dalla gentilezza di Francesca e Alessandro ti permettono di sentirti subito a tuo agio in una bellissima dimora storica immersa in un parco, terrazza naturale sul mare. La camera 107 ha tutti i confort e una vista che ti immerge nel mare dall’alba al tramonto che puoi piacevolmente osservare come davanti a un bel camino in inverno. La gentilezza e l’attenzione di tutto il personale rendono il soggiorno armonioso, piacevole e rilassante. Grazie per la bellissima esperienza come ha detto mio suocero “sono in paradiso”.

Molto bello l'edificio con ampio parcheggio all'ombra e ottima terrazza affacciata sul mare per cene e colazioni. Peccato che in piscina ci siano solo 3 ombrelloni contati per gli ospiti di 20 camere dell'hotel circa. Questo impedisce di potersi rilassare senza ustionarsi

We came in July 2024 and stayed here for a friend's wedding which was fantastically well organised by the hotel. Absolutely amazing place to arrange weddings. The place is so stunning in terms of friendly and professional staff, great view with sunset, great food and wine. Pool area is clean and nice.Staff is super flexible and they do their best to make sure that everything go perfect.The view is amazing, the area around the pool great for lounging or you can walk down to a pontoon by some rocks at the back of the hotel for a dip in the sea. A sandy beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We didn't try the restaurant as the wedding was excellently catered. Breakfast however was very good, lots of cakes and pastries as well as meat and cheese. Fresh coffee with breakfast was great. The main thing about this hotel is how good the service was. We had the opportunity to meet the owner of the property Francesca Morosi, A beautiful person both inside and out. We got out of the train station and called the hotel and since there are no taxis around as most people just walk or drive, she came personally with her private car to pick us up. We were amazed with this kind of hospitality. From the first moment we visited Villa Parisi the staff and owners treated us as family. Looking for a place to stay in Castiglioncello? Stunning location in a lovely residential area of the charming centre of Castiglioncello, with lots of high end restaurants, gelato restaurants and nice boutiques just a short stroll away. The hotel gives a striking first impression with historical grandeur. We were swiftly checked in, with parking for the car and offer of help with the luggage. We were then invited for a tour and welcome aperitif. The rooms was okay but what really sets this hotel apart from many others is the location, with private access to the sea, complete with several areas throughout a nicely developed cliff with stairs. We spent most of our day by the sea, on the hotels comfortable sun lounges. The restaurant was only open for dinner one night. But as we had made prior reservations we ended up dining out every night. The breakfast was nice, with nice coffees made to order. The pool had a pool bar, serving arguably the best Aperol we did have throughout this holiday. Someone in earlier reviews mentioned the handyman, the janitor. It must be the same guy - as his friendly, cheerful, authentic Italian way of meeting people really helped enhance our stay. To avoid disappointment, when booking, if you want a room facing the sea, make sure you get sea view / front room, as some of the rooms on the side is listed partly (lateral) sea view. It might be worth the extra money as the views are simply breathtaking.

Villa Parisi è un incanto: si trova nella "Perla del Tirreno", in Toscana e, più precisamente, a Castiglioncello. È una dimora storica circondata da un meraviglioso giardino, curato nei minimi dettagli. Una costruzione che risale al 1921, collocata a picco sul mare... Un mare blu-cobalto che dona panorami indimenticabili e scorci mozzafiato agli ospiti. Senza dimenticare l'affaccio sulla bellissima piscina e, invero, l'eccezionalità di ogni ambiente, sia esterno che interno. Perché non da meno è l'arredamento di ciascuna camera, dotata di ogni genere di comfort; come pure dell''intera struttura, arredata con un mobilio oltremodo elegante e raffinato. L'atmosfera di pace e relax che si respira a Villa Parisi è semplicemente magica. Probabilmente è questo il motivo per cui vi si celebrano numerose ricorrenze ed occasioni "particolari", degne di non essere dimenticate, quali i matrimoni. Non a caso, Villa Parisi è stata eletta "casa comunale" ed è, perciò, possibile celebrarvi, oltre ad impeccabili banchetti, finanche cerimonie civili. Da ultimo - ma non certo per importanza - un doveroso pensiero merita il personale: estrememente cordiale, valente e disponibile... Sempre! La colazione ha rappresentato, infine, la "ciliegina sulla torta", poco prima di lasciare la struttura: abbondante ma, prima ancora, di ottima qualità... In linea con tutto il resto! Un ringraziamento particolare va a Francesca Morosi, la titolare: una giovane ed elegantissima donna che, nel presentare Villa Parisi, ha evidenziato la dedizione, la cura e l'amore con cui si dedica al suo lavoro, evidentemente con gran successo. Consiglio vivamente Villa Parisi: a tutti coloro che ricercano un rifugio di pace e tranquillità, immerso in un angolo paradisiaco.
