Buenos días! Yo había hecho una reserva con ustedes por la que pagué 70,75 euros, que correspondía a una habitación para 3 personas adultas. Al llegar, me dijeron que tenía que pagar 25 euros por la tercera persona, porque a ellos solo les constaba una habitación doble. Espero que ustedes me reembolsen lo que me deben. Saludos

Room was large and clean. Bathroom likewise with in bath shower. Breakfast was WELL worth it. Good selection of quality foods. Cheaper if you book with room rather than as an add on later.

På tur Fint pænt hotel Kør ikke i p kælderen hvis du har stor suv eller limo, med mindre du kender størrelsen på din bil, der er ikke mange cm. Plads Bøvlet at lade bilen, de har kun en oplader

Comfortable central hotel Central hotel. Lovely big room with large extra comfy bed. Everything available. Bath as well as shower. We were half board and the evening meal I n the sister hotel across the road was fabulous all three nights. Highly recommended

The place was perfect, the only complaint was about the heaters that cannot be changed to cooling mode. We had to open windows to be able to sleep.

I am very grateful to the hotel staff. They managed to track down my phone which I'd accidentally left in a taxi! The hotel is ideally located. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel centrale e comodo da raggiungere. Fermata non prevista per noi questa a Castellon ci fermiamo in questo Melia per una notte. Non proprio all’altezza di altri Melia da noi frequentati. Struttura un pochino datata. Reception cortese ed efficiente ma per arrivare agli ascensori ci sono scomodi gradini da fare soprattutto se si hanno valige ingombranti e non semplici borsoni da viaggio. E nessuno che ci abbia aiutato. Camere “normali”. Non riesco a trovare altri aggettivi. Perché forse non spiccavano note particolarmente positive ed attraenti ma neanche negative. Non abbiamo fatto qui la colazione. Parcheggio a pagamento non accanto al hotel ma in un garage a qualche centinaio di metri.

Siamo lieti che abbia sottolineato positivamente la posizione della nostra struttura e la cordialità del personale. Per quanto riguarda l'ubicazione dell'ascensore, si trova proprio accanto alla reception, non c'è un accesso tramite scale. Disponiamo di un parcheggio con accesso alle camere e di un altro per veicoli più grandi situato a soli venti metri di distanza, che consigliamo agli ospiti con tali auto. Ci dispiace molto di non essere stati all'altezza delle vostre aspettative. Per questo motivo, saremo lieti di accogliervi nuovamente per migliorare la vostra esperienza. A presto! Cordiali saluti.
