Above Castelfiorentino, outside the resort, 2 km from the centre, on top of a hill, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the countryside. Private: property 2 ha, large, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 145 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 08.May. - 23.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, central heating system, burglar alarm system, washing machine, heating available only from 15.Apr. - 31.Oct.. Linen change weekly. Cook on request (extra).
