Outside the resort, 1 km from the centre of Castel Rocchero, on top of a hill, 60 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1 ha, garden (not fenced) with trees. Outdoor shower, parking at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 7 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 42 km, railway station "Acqui Terme" 7 km, sandy beach "Albissola Marina" 60 km, rocky beach "Varazze" 60 km. Nearby attractions: Nizza Monferrato 8 km, Asti 33 km, Alba 43 km, Genova 60 km, Serravalle Designer Outlet 50 km, Torino 100 km. Please note: car recommended.
