Siamo stati a pranzo, il servizio è stato cordiale. Il cibo era buono ma non mi ha entusiasmato. Le porzioni erano giuste. L'arrosto si limitava a qualche salsiccia e una fettina diviso in due. Il dolce al centro, anche se buono era poco e mi sarei aspettato una porzione a testa. Avevo delle aspettative più alte ed una cucina più saporita.

Estremamente delusi dalla qualità del servizio. Durante l’ultima notte, è stata autorizzato lo svolgimento di una festa di 18 anni in una sala sottostante alla camera in cui alloggiavamo. La festa, di cui non eravamo stati messi al corrente, ha previsto musica alta fino alle due di notte, cosa non legale (oltre che poco rispettosa) per una struttura che funge da B&B. Quando abbiamo fatto presente che la situazione non fosse accettabile, il proprietario della struttura ha reagito ridacchiando e dicendo che « non c’è problema » e che « avremmo potuto ballare anche noi ». Chi lavora nel turismo dovrebbe avere delle conoscenze e competenze adatte al settore e non improvvisare un mestiere.

Resterete incantati dalla location perché é situata in una zona dove l'aria é salubre 365 giorni all'anno e poi quando conoscerete i patron di Supramurgia vi renderete conto di essere nel posto giusto. Cibo genuino e vini ottimi a dir poco, tutto provenienza locale quindi Km zero, preparazioni semplici che ti ricordano il mangiare di una volta e per chi non é della zona sicuramente rimarrá stupefatto di quanto siano buone le pietanze della Murgia. Lasciatevi consigliare senza indugio dalla Signora sulle proposte culinarie e non resterete delusi. Belle le camere e grande attenzione alla pulizia e servizi vari. Spazi per festeggiare ben attrezzati e piscina annessa. Quando c'é amore, passione e dedizione in una attivitá i risultati sono questi!

Struttura molto accogliente con clima molto familiare. Ci siamo sentiti accolti in questo piavevolissimo pranzo domenicale in famiglia. Piatti e prodotti genuini e locali . I panzerotti davvero ottimi, meritano un encomio particolare. Il numero esiguo di coperti del ristorante rende l'ambiente più confortevole e più intimo. Non c'è confusione e si riesce a dialogare con i commensali. Unica piccola pecca è stata l'attesa, un po' più lunga, tra il primo e il.secondo piatto, alleviata, tuttavia, dal'ottimo arrosto di carne.

Sono stata con la famiglia qualche giorno in questo meraviglioso bed and breakfast sulla collina di Cassano delle Murge, dove ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Colazioni meravigliose (sempre varie e gustose), camera spaziosa e confortevole, personale disponibile e gentile, piscina e spazi da hotel di lusso... dovevamo fermarci 4 giorni e abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno perché stavamo troppo bene! Comodo per visitare qualsiasi località delle Murge e della Basilicata.
