"Had funeral in Hughes springs, so stayed at the Royal Inn in Linden. 60 dollar motel, so I did not expect much. Arrived and the staff were friendly, rooms were clean and did not have the old motel or smoke smell in it. Bed was comfy, but could use a little heavier blanket. TV was direct tv so plenty to watch. Some reviews complained about location, coffee maker ect, but you are not getting Dom for a MD 2020 pricing."

"The hotel itself was fine, not great, but fine. I was only there long enough to sleep both nights. I was outraged that the hotel charged me an additional $40 for each day I was there with my dog. There was no notice given ahead of time that there would be an additional pet fee of any kind. That should be noted in the travel app. Extremely disappointed in that service and will decline staying there again"
