Disappointing Stay Despite a Promising Start – L’Escale Resort Marina & Spa, Seychelles. We stayed at L’Escale Resort over Easter, hoping to create special family memories. Upon arrival, the experience began on a positive note—check-in was smooth, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The resort itself has an elegant, modern design and initially gave off the impression of a true luxury getaway. We paid USD 8382 (plus 600 for extra bed) for 6 nights. However, things quickly took a turn once we entered our room. The lighting control panel was partially broken—only one of the three panels worked. Several lights didn’t function at all, and a power socket panel was damaged. While the rest of the room looked clean and comfortable, these maintenance issues were disappointing for a resort of this caliber. The following morning, we encountered more problems. Our key card suddenly stopped working after breakfast. We were told this might be because it had been near a phone, which seems like a weak excuse for what is likely a system issue. Wir waren im Juni 2022 für 4 Nächte im L'escale Resort Marina & Spa - Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist wunderschön und stilvoll, warm, mit viel Holz und schönen Designelementen. Es hat nur rund 20 Zimmer und die Penthouse Suiten und man fühlt sich damit exklusiv und umsorgt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und geben sich sehr viel Mühe. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie in einer Familie. Vielen Dank an Hillary, Jutanne, Dynise, Angel, Zenab, Michel and Mr. Serge für den aufmerksamen Service, die netten Gespräche und all Ihre Bemühungen, dass wir uns rundum wohl fühlten. Auch nochmals vielen Dank für das Late Checkout, so konnten wir den Abflugtag noch vollends genießen. Vielen Dank an Chef de Cuisine Sherla, das Essen hatte Sterneniveau! Es war überragend schmackhaft und auch wunderbar angerichtet. Für uns war jedes Dinner ein Fest. Das Hotel hat keinen Strand, aber liegt schön an einem kleinen Yachthafen mit Blick auf Eden Island. Um etwas von der Insel zu sehen und um zu den Stränden zu gelangen, ist ein Mietwagen ein Muss. Gerne kommen wir ein zweites Mal!

I have a wonderful stay ,the food was excellent , the service was EXCELLENT, Thank you Dynise supervisor for making sure we are enjoying our diner ,Liza waitress,Michel bar man for the amazing cocktail,chef nigel &yannick for the yummy meal 🥵TOP TOP .. i will definitely recommend 🫶
