Lovely location, wonderful sea views, attentive and welcoming hard working staff, well appointed apartments. What’s not to love!

A posh experience with tasteful and homey decor with amazing views/service and great cafe for a value! We rented huge villa that gave us all space and was comfortable. Definitely recommend especially with families! Beds are not as comfortable as they could be. I’d leave cleaning pods for washer and a few other basics as you don’t want to have to go to a grocery store.

Sehr schöne, top gepflegte Anlage ganz nahe am Klippenpfad. Wir hatten einen der Bungalows in Os Peixes, etwas abseits des Zentrums der Anlage. Von dort hat man einen kurzen Fußweg zum Pool und zur Bar, was für uns (im November) keine Rolle spielte. Wir waren schon einmal dort und fühlen uns da sehrwohl. Große Terrasse mit tollem Meerblick, komplette Küche, parken direkt am Haus. Diese Lage ist sehr gut, um zu Fuß vom Ortsrand zur Praia do Carvoeiro zu kommen ( Parken kann man dort kaum) und durch den Ort zu bummeln. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Supermarkt mt frischen Brötchen in 5Minuten Fußentfernung Und dann natürlich der Bohlenweg über die Klippen mit tollen Ausblicken und Sitzmöglichkeiten, auch in kurzer. Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Ort selbst liegt auch günstig, um sowohl die Fels- als auch die Sandalgatve zu erkunden. Keine Hochhäuser wie in Albufeira oder Armacao. Das Appartment wurde fünf mal die Woche von einer sehr freundlichen und umsichtigen Frau gereinigt, inklusive Geschirrspülen. Sie besorgt auch Kaminholz, wenn man es möchte Auch das Personal dort an der Rezeption ist wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das deutsche Büro hat sich sehr bemüht, unsere speziellen Wünsche für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt zu erfüllen. Das geht dort noch persönlich am Telefon. Die Anlage können wir nurempfehlen.

We don’t usually go to a complex but we were very impressed with the design, layout and atmosphere of the whole place. The most important thing for us is quiet so we were anxious about this however, despite the complex being fully booked, all residents seemed to adopt a subtle approach to all activities, including the pool area. There were families but overall, the children were so well behaved and respectful of others. Our suite was large and the view of the sea was soothing. Beds very comfortable, air con immensely necessary and effective and the cleaning service top drawer. Our only thoughts were that there weren’t a lot of kitchen appliances, utensils and crockery, but if you don’t like cooking, no problem. Also, the sofa and chairs were very uncomfortable, although I note that some properties had more modern furniture. That being said, these thoughts do not warrant any reduction in our 5 * rating! It was our first visit to Portugal and we will definitely be back, in a villa next time but they looked booked up for the foreseeable future!
