Highland getaway One night stay, welcoming hosts, nice location and views from our spacious room (rm 1, superior)

A perfect introduction to the scottish highlands We stayed here as the first night of our holiday to the highlands. After a long day on the road we were greeted by Steve and shown to our room on the top floor. We had nice view of the garden, where we could see both bird and rabbit. If you're lucky you might see some local deer. The room was spacious, well lit, and had a very bathroom with a bathtub. The breakfast was outstanding. We had the scrambled eggs and salmon on sourdough toast. Overall we highly recommend a stay at Dalrachney. Great hosts, and peaceful location for those looking for some R&R.

Super stay at Dalrachney Lodge. Hosts are so lovely, we enjoyed chatting with them and enjoyed their recommendation for places to visit. Food amazing. Room so beautiful and comfortable, perfect location for our silver anniversary! We will return. Julie Grant

Absolutely wonderful hotel: all modern where it counts, but old-fashioned in its hospitality. Tracey and Steve run the hotel with enthusiasm, love for the business of receiving guests, common sense and tongue in cheek. And it shows, too! Great beds (with lovely duvets!), excellent towels, made-to-order breakfast and very good dinner. Rabbits and deer on the lawn. Very well laid-out golf course across the road. Excellent long walks from the front door.

Thank you to Steve and Tracey for sharing your special home with us. It was lovely to meet you both. Thank you for the wonderful breakfasts, dinner and Irish coffees! Thank you for making us feel so welcome and at home. We loved hearing about the history of the building. Such a perfect location to explore the beautiful Cairngorms, and an easy drive from Inverness airport. We’d love to visit you again in the not too distant future. Super friendly and helpful staff, and very clean! Also located in a peaceful neighborhood town. Their breakfast selection was quite delectable as well. The house itself has so much character and is very cool to look at. We were able to then to from there to the cairngorm national park.
