Nice hotel, nice staff and nice view

Very easy and simple check in process, room as expected , good amenities, spacious, fairly small bathroom. Great value for money

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! the first time i experienced bed bugs was in a £2.50/n hostel in indonesia. the second time… in this £90/n “3 star” hotel! and this time was so much worse because there were so many of them and massive!! they got on to my bags and belongings and i ended up spending 2 days washing all my clothes and treating all my belongings instead of sightseeing in the city.  i made a formal complaint to the receptionist the next day and they encouraged me to report it to the melbourn city health authority because apparently mine wasnt the first case.  the city health authority did a spot check on them the day i checked out and since then, the hotel had refused to release my $100 room bond and ignored my emails.  they are truly ridiculous, the physical irritation and mental stress they put me through. holiday ruined.  SO DO NOT STAY THERE AND BE THE NEXT VICTIM!

When we arrived to check in, we couldn't get into our allocated room because the key card wasn't working and so we were upgraded to a bigger room which was good. When we arrived inside, the rooms were clean and all made up well. So that was good. My criticisms are that they were very stingy with the toiletries, shower wash, shampoo etc and also damage that was visible in the apartment had been patched up with duc tape, for eg the edge of a kitchen bench or just left, like swollen timber trim in the bathroom or damage to walls , carpet etc. In all , it was quite cheap and well located near the CBD and we only stayed a night and so it served its purpose. However I feel if the damage was repaired properly, and there were proper toiletries, it would have been a much better experience .

前台穿黑衫的服務員較好及友善，房間算大，而且在市中心，去那裡出行也方便，可惜洗衣服要付費及洗衣房不整潔，須改善

服務還可以，位置很好，出行很方便，價格在同地段算比較實惠，有廚房可以做飯。跟國內日租公寓畢竟像，大概是中心地帶面積房間比較小。

這家酒店唯一的優勢就是地段可以，到墨大和RMITA都比較方便，很市中心的位置。大堂有家餐廳，裏面的餐食不錯，老闆是意大利人，他和員工都很客氣，做的食物也可口。 酒店很陳舊，設施老破，房間很多地方都貼了膠帶，大家可以自行想象。酒店很吵，晚上睡覺都經常被吵醒，沿街的原因吧。服務也是很一般。我在這裏住了2周，到了週末基本沒有服務的，國外這工作真舒服。 除非迫不得已，不然以後應該不會再住這家了。。。

此酒店職員服務很差！ 當我入住時，沒有說房間內洗衣機壞了。當我們需要洗衫時，才發現此情況。當我去服務台通知職員， 他跟我說經理已知道此事， 叫我去洗衣房洗衫， 但需要我們付款。 我很不滿意，因我租此房間已括洗衣機的。

Was happy with this room clean and well kept. Unfortunately had bad experience I extended my stay or so I thought I had as the reception said I had. They called me the next day as I was “late” checking out. Told they would pack my things up as I hadn’t booked another night and they had no space. They lost or didn’t pack some of my items and now can’t find them. Told it’s my responsibility even though they were the ones that packed my things because I needed to check out. Not very gd service at all.

酒店位於市中心，吃飯，購物方便。去墨爾本大學，維多利亞圖書館等市區景點方便，酒店房間乾淨，有廚房用具，房間設施有點陳舊。又續訂了一天，總體感覺還可以。

先總結，無論什麼類型的出遊都不要選擇家酒店。 最最最最重要的是他的房價也不便宜，卻住得那麼差，到底他的收費標準是怎麼給出來的？ 1- 登記入住的時候完全沒有服務意識。整個過程沒都很冷漠，沒有展現半點歡迎的態度。  2- 這個酒店有兩部分組成。他好像有兩棟樓一部分的住客是在他登記前台的右邊電梯； 另外一部分的房間需要走出去前台右拐在另外一棟樓，走路10秒。 3- 我拿到房間以後開門一股撲面而來的臭味。我立馬開陽台。 4- 如果皮膚敏感的人，這個房間裏住完以後身體會很癢。 他的沙發我坐在上面，大概一會兒整個身體都很癢，估計是跳蚤太多了。 包括床也是很癢。  第四張圖的沙發是他們的大廳拍的，這個就是要展示整個酒店的衞生風格和質量. 你們可以參考一下 5- 他的門關和開都很大聲。 而且門是沒有任何上鎖的零件的。意思就是説你把門關上了，這就是你最後一道安全防線，對於女生來講很不安全。 6- 他的退房時間很早，早上10:00，這真的是瘋l了。 説真的，國內的快捷酒店也比這個好。 你就可以想象出這個酒店有多差了。 幾乎就是中國80/90 年代的感覺。 他去維多利亞女王市場很近，但我也不建議為了這個而選擇這個酒店。 他們的網圖跟實際相差太大了
