My kids really enjoyed our trip and stay at Legoland Castle

A pleasant experience. My family had the best time. The breakfast was exquisite, the rooms super cute and very clean, a great place for kids, and the staff was super friendly. Fortunately, we found two space babies. One was given to us by Isidora, who is a super nice and kind person, and the other was given to us by Jorge. Both, if I remember correctly, are from the lobby. My son and daughter were delighted with this great detail. All that remains to say is that Legoland Castle Hotel is the best. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Es caro, pero también muy conveniente y la entrada temprana en el parque es una ventaja. Tenemos un niño pequeño que todavía duerme la siesta, así que pudimos volver fácilmente a nuestra habitación en 5 minutos y acostarlo. Esto vale mucho para los padres lol. El desayuno buffet que estaba incluido también era fácil y conveniente para las familias. Tienen casi todo lo que necesitas para llenarte y tener energía para la mañana. Nuestra habitación era la suite princesa, que a mi hija le encantó. Hay algunos toques agradables para los más pequeños, como protectores de esquinas, un tablero de Lego en la pared, toda la moqueta de la habitación y protectores de enchufes. También tienen un cartel que indica que el aire acondicionado es intencionadamente silencioso, ¡lo cual me gustó mucho! Es muy molesto cuando te alojas en una habitación de hotel y el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido. Los trabajadores son muy amables y bien preparados entre ellos Jorge, Miaute e Isidora que son un equipo de limpieza muy amable a mi familia le dieron un grqn trato explicaron ciertas cosas del hotel y se ven que hacen un buen trabajo mateniendo limpias las intalaciones del hotel, granades personas reitero muy amables. Me encantó el espacio al aire libre que utilizamos tanto durante el día como por la noche. Hay un parque infantil para niños pequeños y mayores, asientos para ver la pantalla (ponen películas de Lego o cortos sobre Legos) y una divertida piscina con Legos gigantes. Tienen un restaurante donde se puede pedir comida para llevar. Por la noche, a mi hija le dieron helado y a mí vino. ¡Todos salimos ganando!

Not a fan of this hotel. They had checkin at 4, but rooms were not ready. We couldn’t figure out why they would have a check in time, but not have rooms available at that time. And it wasn’t first come, first serve. We were at the check in at 4 on the dot. The employees had a rehearsed speech, so they must get this from patrons a lot. Why not just set check in at 5? It was weird. There was LOUD music playing until after 9 outside. It blared through the windows and we weren’t even next to the courtyard. The walls were paper thin. We heard people in the next room and in the halls until late. For a kids hotel at a theme park for young children, it was not family friendly. The adorable decor doesn’t make up for the crappy hotel management. We will not be back and I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great time with my family, my wife and children were delighted. the hotel is a real 5 star hotel although in this season it is crazy kids running around playing everywhere, it is a good hotel, the castle hotel is very comfortable, the buffet breakfast is something we loved. The rooms are of good size, it has a spacious bathroom, the decoration is great, my kids loved the treasure box, overall it's good. A special thanks to Isidora and Jorge from the lobby, we met them when we were leaving the restaurant and they were really nice and gave us directions to the laundry room and gave us some lego badges, very nice people with a very kind treatment, they do a good job.
