My kids really enjoyed our trip and stay at Legoland Castle

加州樂高城堡酒店的服務簡直爛透了了。説説我遇到的奇葩事：1、在攜程預訂的時候顯現下午2點可以入住，2點半到了之後告訴我4點才可以，在大堂一直等到4點半才給鑰匙。2、停車場停車每天25美金，第二天退房之後發現預售權的信用卡刷了50美金，幸虧我們還沒走，找前台詢問，告訴我們他們刷錯了，退了25美金。3、最奇葩的是這件事，離開這個酒店3天之後，收到信用卡的月結賬單，仔細核對，這個酒店在我的信用卡預售權裏又刷了300多美金，找攜程詢問，攜程客服很認真，多次和酒店聯繫，終於在三天之後與酒店聯繫上了，對方的回答是勿操作，多扣了我一天的房費。我平時其實沒有查信用卡月結單的習慣，如果像平時一樣不看。這300多美金就被酒店騙去了。

nos alojamos por2 dias en este hotel, y tiene un concepto muy cool las habitaciones con tematica de caballeros es de lo mejor todo esta muy bien limpio y las habitaciones son muy comodas, el area de juegos para niños es estupenda ya que despues de que cerro el parque puedes hacer actividades adicionales dentro del hotel como tambien hay pequeños espectaculos para niños muy entretenidos. la alberca me encanto tiene una originalidad muy propia y no rompe con el concepto del castillo. los trabajadores son muy atento en especial Isidora y Jorge del area de Lobby, son personas muy agradables trabajadoras y atentas hacen un buen trabajo. en general el hotel es muy bueno regresare con mi familia.

I love that they have legos everywhere to keep the kids entertained. Thanks to the sttaf who alerted us that we could enter any answer on the 4 questions to unlock the safe in the room for the kids. Inside was a special treat to keep the kids entertained. We stayed in a gentleman's room on the 2nd floor and it was a nice welcome. I loved that they thought of the little details, like a stool for the kids or different sizes of toilet seat for them. The room we were given was for 5 people. The televisions were easy to use. The room came with coffee, hot cocoa, tea and 2 bottles of water for them with a Keurig. Mini fridge. Iron, hair dryer, towels enough. Talking about the staff, Jorge in the Lobby was very nice, he was the one who told us to look for the clues to open the treasure box. All the staff is nice but he stands out a lot. The only downside is that the shower pressure was extremely hard. Not sure if it was just our shower head. It was also lazy and fussy. We were given paraben free shampoo and conditioner. I loved that they were very convenient squeeze bottles.

woouu the hotel is just great, it is very easy to access the park is in front of the park, is very cool, the themed rooms are the best the cleanliness is very good I thank the girl who cleaned our room Tatiana, left it spotless very clean and everything well accommodated in room cleaning 5 stars. The buffet breakfast was good, my family loved it, a little bit of a line to check in for breakfast but it was fine. The playground is a great place to spend hours of fun with your kids either watching a movie outdoors or letting them play here while you rest. The staff in general is very nice especially Jorge Ignacio who made my son's birthday by giving him one of his minifigures, he is great and knows how to treat guests well and was the hero of the afternoon.

Our room was the princess suite, which my daughter loved. There are some nice touches for young ones, like corner protectors, a Lego board on the wall, all carpet in the room, and plug protectors. They also have a sign stating that the AC is intentionally quiet which I really appreciated! It's annoying when you are staying in a hotel room the AC is super loud. The breakfast buffet which was included was also easy and convenient for families. They have pretty much everything you need to fill up and have energy for the morning. I loved the outdoor space which we used both during the day and evening. There is a playground for both younger and older kids, seating to watch the screen (they either play Lego movies or short clips about Legos), and a fun pool with giant Legos. We truly enjoyed your trip. Every staff member at the park and hotels were so nice and professional. I would like to mention Jorge Ignacio who made our day a joyful one, an exemplary employee who treated us very well

We had a very enjoyable time. Make sure even though you are staying at the hotel to make reservations for breakfast and dinner. We went for breakfast one morning and we were told 1 hour wait or sit out side. It was very cold outside. We picked not to eat breakfast that day and went into park. Therefore we had to pay for breakfast in the park. There were empty table inside. Also dinner we did not make reservations and empty table and told to wait for 30 minutes. Other than the eating we had a great time . Rooms were well taken care of.
