Complete Disappointment – Not Worth the Price! I had high hopes for the Legoland Castle Hotel, but our experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. For a $1,500-per-night stay, you’d expect at least the basics, but even those were lacking. First, the room was missing basic amenities—no hand soap, no body wash, and barely any garbage bins. It felt like they didn’t even bother to check if the room was properly stocked before we arrived. The Keurig machine was broken—not once, but twice—meaning we had to keep waiting for replacements just to get a simple cup of coffee. On top of that, the fast charger in the bedroom didn’t work, which was incredibly inconvenient. As if that wasn’t bad enough, we had zero privacy during our stay. Housekeeping had to be in and out of our room at night—twice due to the broken keurig machine. Instead of relaxing, we felt like we were in the middle of a maintenance call center, with people constantly coming and going. After all these issues, the hotel’s attempt at compensation was insulting—a measly $100 credit for a $1,500 stay. That’s less than 7% of what we paid, and it did nothing to make up for the multiple inconveniences. Legoland Castle Hotel might look fun and magical on the outside, but the experience is far from it. Save your money and stay elsewhere!
