Legoland Hotel at Legoland California Resort

披着樂高外衣的快捷酒店，但小朋友超級愛，外面都是可以玩兒的樂高，各種活動也很多。房間有上下鋪，拉開還能睡一個，實際可以住兩大三小。去樂高樂園不能更方便了！ 吃的還可以，不貴，有密碼箱，解鎖後送了兩包樂高玩具。總之就是適齡小朋友的天堂，大人不用抱太多期望，不是五星級酒店的設施。

Not coming back .. dirty room and rude staff , old rooms and old bed

My kids love this hotel as it has a fun lobby where they have play legos and a small arcade. We stayed there a couple times. Room itself was fun. My little one loved it so much she didn't want to co sleep with me anymore and jump on the bunk bed. Details are everywhere. My bed was comfortable. Rooms are spacious. But it was not quiet and I can hear noises and had some trouble falling asleep. The hotel comes with a pool and a tiny gym. We were supposed to go to castle hotel to get towels but why. I got some extra towels from the hotel and we used them at water park and made sure they all made it back to the room after. I will mention one employee that really stands out Jorge from the Lobby in fact he provided us with some of the towels mentioned above very kind and committed to guest service he does a great job.

My family had a great time at this hotel, we loved the accessibility to the pool, the restaurant and the hotel, my 2 children had a great time playing in the playground. The rooms although a little small are very comfortable, nice, well decorated and impeccably clean. The staff is also very friendly, I think Jorge from the Lobby is a really amazing person, he gave my family a good treatment, he took us to check in the restaurant, he gave us some badges, he was very friendly at all times.

We stayed here for 2 nights. At first we only booked 1 night, but after a full day in the park boy was I glad we booked the second night. The guys at the bell desk were really great. Really helpful and got our luggage all settled so we could make our dinner reservations. The lobby is very chaotic. It was a lot to take in, but the kids were very excited. The room was everything and more for our kids. They loved finding the treasures, they loved the bunk bed, and all the decor. I'm not sure if I was exhausted from traveling or the park, but the beds were very comfortable. We had no trouble sleeping. I also tested out the bunk beds, and they were comfortable too! Breakfast is included with your stay, but remember to make reservations. It's not automatic dining reservations with your stay. We did walk over to the castle hotel, for some reason things seemed calmer in thar lobby. I'm not sure if it's all the colors and music at the Legoland hotel, but it was a lot to take in. I also noticed the castle hotel has 3 elevators compared to 2 at Legoland. The laundry machines are also located only in the castle hotel. If we go to Legoland again, I think we will try the Castle hotel. It might seem like the less chaotic option.

The worst hotel I've been to in years. The curtains were too small and didn't close the window, so we were in a glass case. The safe didn't work. There's a text message contact system instead of use whatdapp.. so if you don't have an active phone plan, you can't contact anyone. The TV didn't have the check-in activated even though I checked 24 hours in advance. We did the reservation for five, and there were beds ready for four. The welcome amenities were for four, not five. We have three children. We did a treasure hunt game to open the safe case, and there were prizes only for two. They have no attention to detail. The standards are truly very low. Terrible experience. I've stayed in Airbnbs that are much better than this attempted hotel.
