Lovely situated Hotel just one street away from hustle and bustle of Carlisle Centre. Staff are friendly rooms are spotless, highly recommend staying there

We are regular visitors to this hotel. It is comfortable, convenient and centrally located. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Paige checked us in when we arrived. We asked if the room had a bath which we prefer, and she was able to allocate one. She also helpfully said we can always ring ahead and request a room with a bath. As we are staying again in May, she has put this request on our booking record. Paige was very attentive.

Gemma the receptionist is brilliant, kind and very helpful, thank you for the excellent customer service, nothing is too much trouble for this lady 🙂 the rooms are immaculate & very comfy, our kids love it here 😁 we will be back very soon ❤️🙂

Exceptional welcome from a lovely lady who was efficient and very knowledgeable about the city. Our room (322) was clean and bed was very comfortable. Room temperature was just right.We heard no noise at all from the hotel in our room, just a noisy seagull at our window in the morning but that can’t be helped. We didn’t try the food so can’t comment on it. It was perfect for our overnight stay and would definitely go back. Close to the train station and amenities.

Myself and my daughters enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious it was clean and fresh. The beds was comfy so we all slept very well. And the staff was amazing with us

Very basic, no comfortable feeling in the room. Staff were often away from reception, so had to go and find them in the bar when my key didn't work. Staff not the most professional. The inclusive breakfast was not enjoyable, orange juice was poor cordial type and glasses weren't clean. Won't stay here again. Will stick to Premier Inn from now on
