This hotel gave me a very negative experience. I have stay in many hotels with similar level and this is the worse. The hotel are so desperate that it neglected customers service and hospitality and it only focus on the lowest level of a budget accommodation. They don’t clean the room daily and the sheets are below standard in cleanliness and there no change of towers as well. When requested to clean the room, their response was, they don’t clean it everyday. This indicated that their room cleanliness are zero! They don’t provide paper cups in the room. When requested, they want or insisted to charge me for the cup. Are they so desperate? Is it the management problem? By the way, their rate aren’t the cheapest, yet they manage it in the lowest level.
