This was our first trip to Cuba and we had such a wonderful time. The resort is new, modern, and clean. The cleaning lady that we had was fantastic, always pleasant and there to ensure we were content. Irving at the snack bar was always smiling and made us feel so welcomed. Bartenders Alex and Enrike the life of the party!! They were absolutely fantastic!! We miss all of you❤️

Encantada con el servicio vip , los trabajadores son especiales ! Nos decoraron y nos armaron un cumpleaños sorpresa ! Nos llevaron una torta , recomiendo pagar por este servicio porque vale la pena 100 porciento , amé este hotel gracias 🤩 🤩

¡Absolutamente recomendable! Habitaciones de lujo con vistas increíbles y una ubicación perfecta. Las instalaciones son de primera categoría, especialmente piscina y gimnasio . Especialmente destacable la amabilidad de todo el personal, aunque podría ser un poco más rápido en momentos de mucha demanda.

El Hotel muy bueno, todo cumplia con las expectativas. Las habitaciones con hermosas vistas y muy comodas , el servicio a la habitación excelente. El buffet con mucha variedad y muy bueno todo , por otro lado los trabajadores muy amables y atentos. el grupo de animacion exelente , disfrutamos de juegos y mas, en especial con el animador yasmay ademas disfrutamos de un masaje en el spa , muy profecional y agradable el personal y sobretodo buena atención.

Las piscinas increíbles y el personal del hotel es súper alentó y muy profesional,en cuanto a el buffet la comida me gustó mucho,y la encontré muy variada y deliciosa,mi camarera de mi habitación siempre dispuesta a ayudar,tu la oportunidad de disfrutar todas las actividades de la animación,sin dudas volvería a venir a este hotel

Das Hotel, die Zimmer, die Anlage sind wirklich schön. Der Service ist katastrophal, Wasser im Zimmer nur auf dreimal Fragen,... Bring dein eigenes Schampoo und deine eigenen Handtücher und bringe Mehl, damit sie Brot backen können, die Drinks sind wirklich schlecht, weil das Personal nur Trinkgeld für nichts will. 5* hat dieses Hotel nicht verdient, maximal 3*.

Habitaciones muy bonitas y espaciosas a mi llegada me tocó una habitación que no enfriaba el aire acondicionado y ese mismo día se me otorgó otra. Decidí pagar en la recepción el servicio selectum para explorar las instalaciones del hotel y no merece la pena por su precio de aproximadamente 4000 pesos cubanos por huésped. Pues el inconveniente va por la cocina que no es nada del otro mundo pues nada de camarones ni langosta al plato, para ser un servicio de mayor estándar. En cuanto a la coctelería si es magnífica en el bar sky. Todo lo contrario en el lobby bar pues a pesar que que tienes acceso a un servicio de bebidas premium en este local teniendo mi brazalete de color dorado me cuestionaron que no podía pedir un cóctel con una ginebra premium. Mi experiencia fue desagradable pues PAGUÉ un servicio y me cuestionan. Aún estoy en el resort, tengo una cena en el restaurante Cubano. Gracias a la camarera del bar del vestíbulo no prorrogué mi servicio premium. Áreas públicas muy limpias y todo lo demás es fenomenal. Doy esa puntuación para hacer conciencia del respeto al huésped.

Hotel muy acogedor,habitaciones con gran confor e higiene ,excelentes Servicios en general, en cuanto al mini club felicitar a la animadora Rachel del mini club la cual es muy profesional y cariñosa con todos los peques ,lo volvería a visitar en próximas vacaciones
