B&B Casa Silvana

Esperienza magnifica! Camera accogliente e sempre pulita al centro di Marina Grande, a pochi passi dalla piazzetta e vicinissima alla fermata dell'autobus. Splendidi i proprietari, Silvana ed Enrico, i quali, non solo ci hanno dato ogni genere di informazione per rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole, ma hanno dimostrato empatia e calore umano nella loro disponibilità verso ogni nostra piccola difficoltà incontrata. Meravigliosa anche la colazione, dove primeggia la torta caprese di Silvana.

Siamo appena andati via da questo b&b, e ci tengo ad esprimere la mia esperienza, struttura curata e molto pulita, per quanto riguarda la posizione non ottimale inquanto si trova sulla strada principale dove passano taxi e auto, una strada piccola e pericolosa soprattutto di notte, niente luci ( bisogna fare molta attenzione), passiamo alla colazione ( e qui bisogna parlarne ) buffet MISERO ( misero no di.prodotti, ma di porzioni ) tutto contato ( ma fa niente ) mio marito ha preso 2 CORNETTI e la proprietaria innervosita gli ha detto che a causa sua erano finiti , PROBLEMA PER ALTRI OSPITI , SI CORRE AI RIPARI ( STIZZATA CHIAMA QUALCUNO E SE LI FA PORTARE ) INQUANTO AL.LORO RISVEGLIO NON POTEVANO DELIZIARE CORNETTO PICCOLO E VUOTO, assolutamente POCO PROFESSIONALE, almenoche non comunichi prima che la.colazione prevede un pezzo a testa, per non parlare poi che ci siamo accomodati involontariamente ad un tavolo non preparato e lei stizzosa ci ha detto che proprio a quello non preparato siamo andati Insomma, meno male che abbiamo trascorso solo 2 giorni LO CONSOGLIO SOLO A CHI È DISPOSTO AD ACCONSENTIRE A CIÒ CHE FA PIACERE ALLA PROPRIETARIA ( SIGNORA SILVANA ) SIGNORA ASSOLUTAMENTE POCO EDUCATA .. COMPLIMENTI AL MARITO PERSONA PERBENE

Communications prior to our arrival and throughout our visit were excellent. The room was adequately sized, perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. To also have use of the communal terrace was great. The potted flowers around the terrace made it a beautiful place to relax with a drink at the end of the day. To our surprise a daily room cleaning service was included and the cleaners did an excellent job. At breakfast it was wonderful to have the option of scrambled eggs and cooked or cold meats as well as the sweet options. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating of our bicycles - thank you. The location is good for exploring both Capri town and Marina Grande. Considering what was included, the price was value for money. We would definitely stay again.
