What a disaster! Booked 2 nights with Four Seasons 1706 through Lekkeslaap in Cape Town. We had wonderful assistance from Lekkeslaap and zero from this place. The day before we would have checked in, we messaged Four Seasons 1706 at 12 pm. We also have sent an email. No reply from the owner as to our requests / inquiries. The following morning at 7.30 am, we messaged again and complaining about the slow response. We then had an answer that they will look into the email that we have sent, also apologising for slow response. We the had to send two more messages to inquire what is the situation, and still await feedback. We also connected again with Lekkeslaap to follow up on the owner. Our decision was made to not go through with our stay and requested full refund. Someone from Four Seasons 1706 phoned us, trying to convince us to stay and also made mention that the lack of communication was inappropriate. We refused and asked full refund. Lekkeslaap then connected with us again and making mention that the owner will not do the full refund, and only half of it. Re the messages that we have sent, still no response and not even opened on watsap. That left us with loss of finances, bad experience with this place and having to look for other accommodation. We are thankful though to Lekkeslaap that assisted us throughout the whole process.
