The Heart of Cape May on Historic Windsor Ave, 2 Blocks to Beach & Shopping!

My parents, 8 year old son, and myself stayed at Nick’s property the first week of October. This is one of the few times we booked outside of a realtor and used an app so I was a little nervous. I can honestly say that the place was absolutely wonderful!! The apartment has a side entrance that’s private with an easy keypad to use. Even my parents figured it out! The adorable patio is in the back. We didn’t use the outdoor showers but nice to have them for the summer months! We sat out back reading quite a bit in the sun. There is also a beautiful wrap around front porch, which is accessible from the spacious living room. I also spent some time relaxing in the afternoons there, just watching people go by. The apartment overall is spacious, with a large kitchen supplied with anything you could think of. We spent a few nights cooking dinner at home. The living room has a tv with every channel, and there is plenty of comfortable sitting space as well. It was nice to unwind and put a movie on there at night. The bedrooms were very nice. No closets, but plenty of dressers and a space to hang items as well, hangers provided. The only thing worth mentioning is the master bed (queen size) is set up very high. My dad couldn’t climb up onto it, and some other older people might have issues. However, there is the sofa bed so that was where my dad slept comfortably. The space was also very clean and tidy and in a great location. Parking was not an issue either. Definitely would recommend

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was great an in a wonderful location! My husband loved the outside shower! The property owner, Nick, was very communicative and easy! Overall, we would recommend thismproperty!

Inside the property was great. As advertised and clean. Outside the property was confusing as the owner had personal items in the area advertised as being part of the rental. Such as the grill, table and beach chairs, which as confusing on what we could use. Nick was very responsive.

We had a wonderful time.We loved the location and enjoyed our place.I would definitely come back.

Perfect porch for a relaxing stay. Weather wasn’t great, but this house sure was. Plenty of room to spread out. A well stocked kitchen with all the gadgetry needed for meal prep. And the porch was the perfect spot to rest when Mother Nature kept us off the beach.

Location is excellent The location of the property is awesome ! However , the beds could definitely be upgraded, terrible sleeping conditions. The floors were extremely cold and not great. (Some foundation issues) The bathroom is tiny- very tight. It served its purpose for our needs. Owner was responsive.
