GREAT location! Easy access to beaches, downtown Ft Myers, etc. with local amenities minutes away. Check in-out was a breeze and the fully equipped kitchen was awesome!

Great trip The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed sitting out by the pool and watching the college football playoff game on the outside tv next to the fire table. We had everything we needed at our disposal in the house. Patrick was a wonderful host!

Cape Coral Unfortunately we had a bumpy start and couldn’t check in for the first 4 hrs because the cleaners didn’t show up and we couldn’t swim while we were waiting bc the pool was 105. At first the owner was not very accommodating and wasn’t very understanding of the frustration we felt after being on the road for 2 full days and not being able to check in. But soon after we got off the phone he messaged us and offered another property to us while we waited. We were so thankful to have a place to relax and swim for the evening. The communication with Patrick after that initial conversation was great and very prompt. He answered our questions quickly and kept us updated on the pool issue (which he had fixed right away). We ended up having a wonderful stay and both houses that we were in were beautiful. All of the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. There were beach towels and bath towels. It was easy to get to the grocery and a very nice park and the beach was an easy drive (although we ended up going further than Fort Myers bc they are still rebuilding 😢).
