Fantastic service from Alvin for my pinatubo trip after solo day trip from Manila is too expensive. Alvin gave me public transport directions to the amazing lodge. Is green shady oasis with lights, wifi, a/c, flushing toilets and comfy beds in otherwise dusty rural village. Staff member Vincen ad great English and personally looked after me! Next day I was then able to join and share costs with arriving day trippers for the Jeep tour and the mountain trek that was much more pretty than I expected. Best way to see Mt. Pinatubo. They are very helpful to make sure there’s a jeep tour available for seeing the beautiful area. A fun and nice trip. The lodge area was super cozy and the room was also all right. A bit old style and could use a little bit of a fresh up. Lots of ants in the bathrooms and there was no bar/restaurant connneted. Breakfast was a bit simple

Огромное спасибо Alvin за организацию тура в сердце вулкана Пинатубо! Увлекательное приключение, сначала на джипах (просто удивительно, насколько они проходимы и крепки! Мастерство водителя, с коим он преодолевал все преграды на пути, тоже поражает!), затем около 7км пешком по удивительным вулканическим ландшафтам. Несмотря на протяжённость, подъем не сложный, справится любой человек с минимальной физической подготовкой. Крутых подъёмов нет, периодически приходится форсировать небольшие неглубокие речки. Маршрут проходит по руку реки, собирающейся из вод, стекаюших со склонов вулкана. Вокруг потрясающие неземные пейзажи из вулканических бомб, шлака, пепла, небольших речек (от прозрачных до кирпично-красного цвета) и ответных скал, местами покрытых бурной тропической растительностью. Но вся усталость моментально улетучивается, когда ты попадаешь в сердце вулкана- его двухкилометровый кратер. Он образовался в 1991году в ходе сильнейшего землетрясения 20 века, вулкан стал ниже на 300 метров, мощнейший взрыв уничтожил вершину вулкана. Впоследствии в кратере образовалось озеро. Глядя на отвесные стены кратера, поражаешься силе природы, способной разрушить, извергнуть и раскидать такой объем горной породы на десятки километров вокруг! В тишине, созерцая прекрасное голубое озеро, таящее в себе вулканическую активность, обрамленное отвесными скалами кратера, заряжаешься энергией природы нашей удивительной планеты!

We set out with a goal of hiking Mt Pinatuba and luckily we found Alvin and Angie! All we had to do was show up the night before and Alvin and his team took care of the rest. We arrived around 6 PM and had a good night rest for our 5AM breakfast. By 0530 we were all loaded into 4x4 vehicles and headed out for our Mt Pinatuba accent. The drive was fun and provided excellent views of the mountains. It was 1.5 hrs in the 4x4 up to the trail head where we dismounted and walked the 7km with our guide leading the way to the top. We ate a delicious meal at the top and began heading down after taking time to enjoy the view and take plenty of pictures. We crossed a stream multiple times along the way up and relished the beautiful scenery the entire way up and down the mountain. The accommodations, food, service and tour were all fantastic. We highly recommend!
