Lovely apartment for up to 5 guests, located in a modern building with lift and shared swimming pool. It comes with 1 bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, functional kitchen, living room with 1 single sofa bed and 1 double sofa bed. Plus, modern amenities like air conditioning (on request, at an extra weekly cost), uncovered parking space, Tv, microwave and washing machine. ideal for a family or a group of friends.
-Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season).

-Final cleaning
-Agency fees
°Excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 200eur will be collected only in cash at the check-in. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after the accommodation inspection.
-City tax upon arrival in cash: to be paid upon arrival in cash. The exact amount will be communicated upon arrival.
°Excluded - Optional: all extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
