Also, the bathroom in the room had a hole in the ceiling with water dripping through it. we informed the hotel staff about this, but they didn't do anything about it, they didn't even give us an extra towel to clean the floor, we only got the answer "sorry" and a shrug of the shoulders about the mentioned problems with the air conditioner and the holes in the ceiling. rooms are cleaned every day. as for the food, the food was tasty, but lacked the variety of fresh vegetables.
